We offer a town house renovated in April 2022 in a quiet area but 2 min walk from the central market and 6 min from the old port of La Rochelle, so in the very center. This house has a patio but also a garage. in a residence just at the end of the street (100 meters) with a length of 4.60 m and 1.80 m in height. Once installed you can do everything on foot: the market, the pedestrian streets and the port. The ideal place to enjoy La Rochelle while sleeping peacefully.

Quiet area 7 minutes by car from the train station, 5 minutes from the city center, 5 minutes from the Beaulieu shopping center. No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

Elle se compose de 2 chambres climatisées à l’étage et d’une chambre au RDC, d’une salle d’eau , d’une salle de bain ,d'un salon (40m2) et d’une grande cuisine (30m2) climatisés donnant sur un espace extérieur intimiste.
