Charmante maison dans sa cour arborée, au calme, à La Rochelle. Entièrement rénovée elle allie le confort, la qualité des équipements et le charme de sa cour arborée privative ! Située à 3 km du vieux port dans le quartier résidentiel de Beauregard, à 5mn en vélo et en voiture, et à 20 mn à pied de la place centrale du marché. Une place de parking est prévue après le portail commun à ma maison. Elle convient aussi bien aux petit week-end qu'aux plus long séjours. Soyez les bienvenus !

Studio bien situé, petit extérieur, parking.

Quartier calme à 7 minutes en voiture de la gare, 5 minutes du centre ville, 5 minutes du centre commercial Beaulieu. Le studio est équipé d’une grande douche, télévision, Tassimo, bouilloire, plaque, four micro ondes... Il possède également un petit extérieur d environ 10 m2. Studio non fumeur, et non fait pour faire la fête à plusieurs! Nous vous demandons de vider les poubelles, replier le canapé BZ, et mettre les draps sur la table basse, sans oublier de le rendre propre!

New House 2022, courtyard and private Car Park !

We offer a town house renovated in April 2022 in a quiet area but 2 min walk from the central market and 6 min from the old port of La Rochelle, so in the very center. This house has a patio but also a garage. in a residence just at the end of the street (100 meters) with a length of 4.60 m and 1.80 m in height. Once installed you can do everything on foot: the market, the pedestrian streets and the port. The ideal place to enjoy La Rochelle while sleeping peacefully.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
