Holiday rentals with a patio in Perinton

Great host, nice place!

The location was quiet and we could walk to dinner, coffee, and shopping. The space was clean and exactly as pictured and described. I would definitely stay here again.

The stars were aligned when we picked out Danny's beautiful location for our visit. Who would have known that Danny would share our same love of music and to learn of mutual friends we have in the professiomal music arena was amazing. With our love of music, it was an instant bond. It was a "kindred feeling" and one that has opened up a friendship for life. Danny made us feel welcomed from the first moment we met him. He was a very hospitable host. Within a short time, we felt we had known Danny for years. Since our families are in the Pittsford/Victor area, that are just minutes away from this location, we will be revisiting this pristine welcoming home for many years to come. Our stay at Leanne's was a good one. Her place was well located to our activities . The apartment was very tidy and clean, the bed was comfortable. Leanne responded promptly to our questions. There are only a few suggestions to make it even more ...placing the towels in the bathroom or nearby so a guest doesn't have to bother to call. More and larger towels, hand soap and a full roll and extra toilet paper would be better for more than a night stay. A side light on the left side of the bed would be helpful..None of these things would change our minds to stay or not stay it would just make ones stay even better. We certainly would stay again if we are ever in Rochester. We unfortuantely were there for a memorial but we were impressed with the unique architecture in the vicinity, the public art in the area and the museums that are in the city. We recommend a stop in Rochester if you are in the area or plan to visit the Finger Lakes. Leanne's place would be well worth considering.

Magical place to stay. Her home and the homes in the neighborhood are beautiful, plus there are rabbits in the adjoining yards early in the morning. All the attractions are close and walkable to some great restaurants. Whole apartment looks completely renovated with a gas stove if you enjoy cooking. The place is quiet and the bed is super comfy. Perfect for a single traveler and a couple that’s there to get out and about. Nice to have the bathroom, also beautifully done, separated if sharing. All the towels and bedding felt new and plush, great pillow section which is very rare, the little touches add up! Set aside parking in a dedicated spot which felt very secure. This truly is a special place and perfect for myself traveling for business.

This was our second stay at Tamara’s. It’s exactly as described. It is spotless and perfect for our needs. We stayed to move our daughter and we needed a two bedroom with room to watch TV, do work and a functional kitchen. Thanks Tamara!

Never have I ever stayed at a bnb where I want to plan, and accommodation a trip specifically to go back and stay somewhere again. Tricia was so responsive, and so so so kind! We drove 7hrs to this bnb and she was extremely accommodating. Traveling down for a concert, she gave us tips for our adventure on how to make it smooth sailing and when we returned to our bnb quite late we were surprised by a sweet treat she left us! The space itself, is stunning- and the photos do not do it justice. I cannot want to go back, we absolutely love New York State.

Liam's place was in close proximity for our weekend needs. It was also conveniently close to Wegmans and Starbucks with easy access to many other shopping areas. His place was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. As described, there is some road noise but he provided options to help with that. We would stay again if in the area.

Beatriz’s place was exactly as advertised! It was spotless and beautiful and perfect for what we needed. Sadly the weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the outdoor areas, but Beatriz and her husband were nice enough to help us get the fireplace going for a late spring cold-weather snap. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was set up great for entertaining. I would absolutely recommend Beatriz’s place if you’re going to Rochester. It is located near lots of restaurants and shopping areas. You can’t go wrong here! We would not hesitate to stay at one of her homes again if we are ever back in the area!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was spotless, plenty of off street parking, and comfortable beds. The cutest home with all the amenities you'd need! We were able to walk to dinner, and the host had awesome recommendations for all the local spots! Highly recommend, when we come back to town with will definitely stay again!

This was a perfect stay for our long weekend! We could walk to so many places and enjoyed the neighborhood. The outdoor area is lovely and the hosts were so helpful and responsive. Would love to stay again!

Everything was wonderful and we had a great time. The house was perfect and the road was virtually free of traffic and noise. We would absolutely come back. Seneca Falls is such a cute little town with lots to do within an hours drive.

Perfect location for our family to commune. Peaceful. Beautiful gardens. Lots of clean linens and blankets. Spotlessly clean. Big areas to relax. Would highly recommend.

We were on a trip across half of the country and had not slept well until we stayed at Tim and Katie's. Even our anxious border collie got comfortable quickly there. The house is spacious, clean, and very inviting. The hosts were also quick to respond and try to assist when we thought we lost something important after leaving. 5 stars all the way around!

Yaroslav has a great location here for families who want multiple bedrooms, a living space, and a kitchen.. This is a far better value than any hotel. I wish there were more AirBNBs around like this.

Place was amazing close to all attractions and walking distance from everything our visit had to offer

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

This location is great! You can walk to many restaurants and Marinas! The house is very new and clean. It was perfect for our family of four. We will definitely stay again in the future.

This is a great place to unwind and enjoy the town and lake. My family and I loved it and would highly recommend it
