Beachfront holiday rentals in Perissa

Wauw! Top location by the water on the edge of the caldera. Amazing view. Quiet and private. Ideal to chill out. Property fit for up to four people. One master bed and two single beds. Terrace with table and four chairs, and outdoor shower ideal for after a swim in the sea. I brought my SUB and that was awesome. I do recommend renting a car to reach the parking by the sea and being able to visit other places on the island. To reach to airbnb, you will need to cross part of a beach so be aware when traveling with heavy luggage. The nearby restaurant is closed (end May 2024) so you if you are not cooking yourself, you will need to travel to eat somewhere else.

Spiros was very professional. The attention to detail was excellent! He was very personable and available for questions. His recommendations for food and excursions were perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back.

This sweet place is so quiet and peaceful and perfect for getting away from the noise of OIa itself. It's a challenging climb up and down the path (or a wait for the water taxi), but it is ultimately worth it for the peace. Listening to the ocean as it laps against the shoreline is soothing to soul. You can dip your toes in or walk a short way for a swim. The restaurant next door does not intrude on the quietness and the food is world class. Make sure you get a reservation as soon as possible!!! The host was very helpful - even through flight scheduling mishaps - and always willing to jump in with some help or a recommendation. If you're looking for a place off the beaten path where you can rest and recharge, this is the place!!!

Overall was excellent. But could have used a new pan and some paper towels. Place was very nice. Good location very close to the beach. The host and cohost was very friendly informative. Was a little smaller than I anticipated for the price but again overall very very nice.

We had a lovely stay at Elizabet’s place. It was a beautiful private home right on the water. We could easily walk to some restaurants and drive everywhere else we needed to. We also enjoyed staying home and cooking and relaxing in the multiple outdoor spaces that were cozy and private Host was communicative and responsive. Elizabet met us upon arrival to show us everything. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Alexandros', Sisko's place is conveniently located in Oia (10 minutes by car) and Fira (15 minutes), away from the chaos and on a hill from which you can enjoy a splendid view. The house was really nice and practical, equipped with everything you need for cooking and attention to detail. The pool was very appreciated. Alex was also super nice and helpful: he allowed us to enter the apartment before check-in time, he made us find fresh local water and wine and he provided us with a series of tips, from restaurants to excursions, which were excellent: we followed them to the letter and we could not have been more satisfied! Thanks for everything Alex!

We had a lovely stay at the Rodakas Hotel, with two young children, with a very nice pool, high quality breakfast at an additional cost, convenience store access and nearby restaurants within walking distance, nice beach after a ten-minute walk downhill. Helpful staff with good advice, very nice family atmosphere and a specific thank you to the bartender for his time spent on a few games of chess with our eldest son!

The villa was perfect. Great location next to the sea with a fantastic pool and peaceful garden. It had a well stocked kitchen, three good sized bedrooms and a really comfortable lounge. The hosts were amazing. They had stocked the fridge with the basics meaning we didn't have to go and do a shop as soon as we arrived and they were incredibly helpful and proactive in their recommendations. The local village had excellent restaurants, a small supermarket and bar all within easy walking distance as well as a good beach. The area itself is not as touristy as some of the other places on the island, but everywhere is an easy drive and it was actually very pleasant to return home away from the crowds. I absolutely recommend this villa. We had a fabulous holiday there.

Impeccable accommodation, well equipped, very clean and well arranged, welcoming and responsive host, The only small downside was the busy road, we thought we were in a slightly more remote setting with the sea below but nothing to say about the accommodation itself, the parking space was very convenient!

Our experience at Secret Earth was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and taken care of. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained—housekeeping came daily. A special shoutout to Mary, the receptionist/concierge, who truly went above and beyond. She was so kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations that really made our trip special. Her attention and warmth made a huge difference. We were also greeted with fresh fruit, cheese, and bread—which was such a lovely touch after a long journey. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Villa Eleftheria is a beautiful place. My girlfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay here. All the staff were very kind and helpful. They were very responsive when we first got in contact about check-in and organised transport for us when we arrived at the airport to make it hassle-free on our final leg of our journey. They also arranged further transport and experiences we had during our stay; transport to and from other towns on the island, a wonderful catamaran cruise for the sunset, as well as a day of hiring a buggy. The villa itself was amazing; we loved the pool with the bar and sun loungers around when we were having some down time and the room we had was lovely; air conditioned and with the amenities as stated, very comfortable bed and fresh linens, with the cleaning staff changing sheets and towels. The location was superb! Only a stones throw away from the beach, along which there were plenty of restaurants/Cafés with sun loungers on the sand. We loved it thank you all

Highly recommend this place! The place is gorgeous and spotless, quiet enough to be private but close to the beach and loads of restaurants and bars and shops (about 5 min away!). Loizos went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect and special. He helped us with absolutely everything we needed, including loads of recommendations, organising a car rental, food, transfers, and even helping me get a cake for my friend’s 30th birthday. Truly a fantastic host, one of the best I’ve had using AirBnB. Will be coming back!

This place is an absolute gem! Spotlessly clean, super cozy, peaceful — and all at a great price. The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming, you instantly feel at home. Just a few steps away, there’s a fantastic bar where they serve mouthwatering food, amazing coffee, and a great selection of drinks. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Highly recommend! Dikaia and Stefania (primary contact) were wonderful! Stefania anticipated our needs and set up a transfer from the airport to the air bnb as it requires a car, and contact with a driver for us to contact whenever needed during our stay. She helped us rent a car for a few days, where the company dropped off and picked up the car (so convenient)! Our stay here was incredibly peaceful with gorgeous sunrises. We couldn’t be more happy with our experience. Thank you Dikaia and Stefania!

Amazing! Words are missing to describe this Airbnb which is undoubtedly the best we have been able to stay at. Highlights: - location 10 minutes from Fira by car, halfway to all points of interest - a haven of peace in front of the sea, even if there are several accommodations you don't feel the opposite at all - the amazing hot tub across the sea has a good temperature - the beauty of the apartment - all the really adorable little gifts with breakfast + cleaning done in the middle of our stay which is very rare in an airbnb Their kindness is also a big advantage A quick tip for guests, take a car, few places are within walking distance especially as the villa is at the height of a climb:)

We had a great time at the Peranosa residence. The place is absolutely beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere. The accommodation was impeccable: clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The pool is a real asset. The beach is also very close, a real plus! We recommend having a vehicle to easily access the accommodation, but the host offers contacts for rental companies, which is very convenient. The only small remark concerns the noise in our room, which was just below the reception; we could hear the sliding door of the reception. However, this did not taint our overall beautiful experience. We highly recommend this place for a stay in Santorini!
