Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Peristeri

Evelina's place was a very cozy and well detailed apartment. We felt right at home. The location is great, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with absolute no car noise, but very close to Argiroupolis's center, with many restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops nearby. It is very easy to reach by car, just a few minutes from Vouliagmeni's avenue and just 8 minutes walk to the metro station (red line). Evelina was proactive with all communications and was very helpful during the stay. Thank you Evelina.

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Second time to stay at this cozy Airbnb in Iraklio and once again I would totally recommend!! Hosts are great and make you feel like home. Also great location next to train station!!

Appartement rénové et en excellent état qui correspond parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions pour passer une nuit, à 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. Stationnement facile devant le logement et plusieurs cafés à trois minutes à pied. Kostas a été un hôte fantastique qui nous accueilli très tard le soir malgré le retard de notre vol. Il a toujours été joignable et a veillé à ce que nous ne manquions de rien. Merci beaucoup à lui.

We had a great time here! Panayotis was very helpful, and had lots of recommendations! We stayed here the night before our ferry to the islands and it made for a very convenient trip in the morning. We grabbed dinner to-go and enjoyed it on the rooftop deck (for sure a highlight of our trip, and a memory we will have forever!). The only hiccup we had was finding the apartment on our way in. Although I think that was more our fault and not the host’s. Just a heads up if you decide to book I would definitely take them up on their offer to pick you up or take a taxi. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here! ☺️

The place was very clean and comfortable. Safe neighbourhood, Gregory was very accommodating and had lots of good recommendations for the neighbourhood, lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

The apartment is beautiful as the pictures represent and some. The location is prime, everything and I mean everything is walkable and nearby. Be sure the checkout the Flea Market and all the shops along the way.

Amazing place, cozy and small. Right what we needed for our stay in Athens. All her recommendations for places to go were fantastic and pretty easy to reach by taxi or metro. Thelma is an excellent host, she was always in contact with us even before our trip. She also help us get a taxi from the airport and to the Piraeus port. Thanks Thelma for a great trip to Greece!

Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι της Αλεξάνδρας ήταν άψογη. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της περιοχής, δίπλα σε ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Ήταν πανέμορφο, απολύτως περιποιημένο και με υπέροχη θέα. Η Αλεξάνδρα ήταν φιλόξενη, εξυπηρετική και πάντα διαθέσιμη να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μας. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

We had a wonderful time in Athens at Matias place. The apartment is small yet has everything you need for a few days in Athens. The terrace is stunning and we especially liked the neighborhood, which is not frequented by many tourists and allowed us to dive in with the locals. Public transport is however close and takes you super fast to the city center. The host welcomed us personally (which we loved a lot, since we are used to anonymous check ins already) and left us with many great recommendations. And if you are worried you might fall out of the loft bed, don’t be! We slept super well 😍

Πολύ άνετη διαμονή, ωραίος χώρος σε όμορφη γειτονιά και ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός στις ιδιαοτεροτητες της διαμονής μας

Η κυρία Ελένη ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες και μπορώ να πω πως αδικείται καθώς ήταν πραγματικά το τέλειο σπίτι! Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, καθαρά μπάνια φρεσκοπλυμένα σκεπάσματα και πετσέτες! Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας και πραγματικά απολαύσαμε Την διαμονή μας! Το προτείνουμε είτε για παρέα είτε για οικογένεια θα βολευτείτε όσο πουθενά αλλού!

Ένα πολύ όμορφο καθαρό και λειτουργικό διαμέρισμα σε μια περιοχή με πολλές δραστηριότητες , με μια πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική οικοδέσποινα, σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσω και στο μέλλον

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ εύκολα προσβάσιμο.Μας βόλεψε στην μετακίνηση μας από και προς το Αττικό Νοσοκομείο. Το parking πολύ μεγάλο bonus για τη διαμονή μας.Υπηρχε παιδική χαρά και γήπεδο για τα παιδιά πολύ κοντά στο διαμέρισμα.Οι χώροι πολύ καλά διαμορφωμένοι και το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο, η πολυκατοικία οικογενειακή και ήσυχη.

Het was een heel aangenaam verblijf, we konden met al onze vragen terecht bij de host en ze was zeer flexibel.

El apartamento está excelentemente arreglado, es amplio, cómodo y muy bien equipado. Supera ampliamente el nivel habitual de los alojamientos de Airbnb. La única observación es que la zona no es especialmente simpática para pasear o disfrutar, salvo que uno necesite embarcar o regrese de un crucero. Ideal para quienes buscan comodidad antes o después de un viaje marítimo.

Very good place, would highly recommend. Balcony is amazing and everything you need to stay. The neighbourhood is more local area, but perfect if you are okay to cab down to main square, or just want a get away outside of all the commotion. Felt very safe, all doors in building locked, so many levels of security.

Everything went smoothly during my stay , no disturbance , the place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The hosts are great people and very responsive. Overall a great place to stay.

We have very good memories of many of our hosts all over the world but we do not encounter many host such as Stergios. He is a 5 stars host without a doubt and easily more if we could rate him higher. We only stayed at is place for 1 night. Nevertheless he greated us as if we were family, fed us, as it was diner time and explained the best way to get to the airport the next morning. We exchanged about is work as a nurse and life in Athens. He has the most beautiful soul. Stergios, thank you so much for making our last day, of our 40 wedding anniversary trip, a memorable, a unforgetable one. Take care!

My first wow moment was in the apartment! The views are incredible and the patios are very private. It was easy to want to come home to enjoy it! Location was nice very close to many places! The hosts were wonderful! I’d def recommend
