Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Peristeri

This is a terrific place for one or two people. Conveniently located close to two metro stops, with a gigantic balcony (really most of the roof of the building) with views all around, even including a glimpse of part of the Parthenon. Very private, and well insulated, with modern windows and doors that keep noise and extreme temperatures out. Kitchen area and bathroom well equipped. Mobility-impaired people should be aware that you do have to climb one flight of stairs to get to the apartment after the elevator goes as far as it can. Cleo was a terrific host - very friendly and very good communication. I would definitely rent from her again.

Dourgouti, Neos Kosmos är ett enkelt område men trivsamt! Verkligen att bo i det riktiga Aten, långt från hotellets turistvärld. Förvånansvärt lugnt och tyst för att vara ett så stort område och centralt. Skönt. Supermarket ett par kvarter bort, ca 7-10 min gångväg till metron. Lägenheten var jättemysig, har verkligen llt man behöver. Jag njöt mycket av den lilla balkongen på nionde våningen med morgonsol på morgonen och fin måne över bergen kvällstid. Ilias var en toppenvärd! Svart snabbt på meddelande, tydliga instruktioner. Fanns till hands under vistelsen med lokala tips. Vill du uppleva Aten på riktigt - bo hos Ilias! :)

Truly the best view in Athens. I had such an incredible week at Xeni’s flat, it’s in a great neighbourhood, and it has such charm. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I wish I never had to leave! I fell in love with Athens. I never got to meet Xeni due to timing of my delayed flight but she was extremely understanding and had her friend meet me late at night. Much appreciated!

Eine nette, kleine und saubere Unterkunft! Das Bad ist ein wenig klein aber sonst alles wunderbar. In der Gegend gibt es auch nette Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Hatten eine schöne Zeit!

I spent a fantastic week in this apartment which has a very charming terrace blooming in pink flowers. The location was perfect and it was nice and quiet despite being close by to the centre of Athens. Daniel as a host was very responsive, friendly and made the trip very easy for me. What a wonderful place to stay with such beautiful hosts! The place is so charming and Froso is so caring and thoughtful. The close proximity to the city centre is perfect yet you feel nicely secluded away from the hustle and bustle. I recommend this place so highly!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut! Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat einen großen Balkon.Sie liegt ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Auf dem Weg dorthin sollte man die ein oder andere Straße meiden, da sich dort viele drogenabhängigen Personen aufhalten. Frauen würde ich von einem Spaziergang in die Stadt abraten. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung jedoch top. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, die U-Bahn Haltestelle ist ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Lefteris was a great host! Responsive, kind, and very accommodating! Space is as advertised, no surprises. Area is a 10-15 minute walk to Acropolis. Reasonable location for someone exploring Athens for the first time!

This apartment is just WOW, whether you are sitting on the front verandah or on the top deck. The view of Acropolis is just breathing. Gianni is the best host ever. His responses were super fast and helpful. He can help with food, islands, what to do, wine etc. Apartment was so comfortable, that we didn't want to leave. Gianni has everything what you need. Not going to mention, olive oil, spices, the herbs etc. We were so grateful to stay there and can't wait to go back again. Thank you so much for all your help, Gianni.

An amazing and beautiful apartment — my wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was perfect, and Anastasia was such a kind and accommodating host. She even let us stay a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Ίσως και η καλύτερη διαμονή μέσω της πλατφόρμας Airbnb το κατάλυμα φοβερό όμορφο μοντέρνο και πεντακάθαρο δεν του έλειπε τίποτα και οι οικοδεσπότες άμεσοι φιλικοί και απίστευτα ευγενικοί. Το συντομότερο θα ήθελα να ξανά επισκεφθω το κατάλυμα. Σας ευχαριστώ για όλα ❤️

Παρα πολυ καλο δωμάτιο, πολυ καθαρό παντου,κοντά στο νοσοκομείο που χρειαζομουν.Πολυ επικοινωνιακη η οικοδεσποινα και πάντα διαθεσιμη τις φορες που τη θελαμε.Η τιμη του δωματίου πολυ καλη.Σιγουρα αν χρειαστεί να παμε σε αυτην την περιοχή θα παμε ξανά. Ήσυχα γειτονιά με πολλα παιδιά!

I had a truly amazing stay! The accommodation was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you might need. Ageliki, the host, was fantastic, great at communicating, very flexible with arrival and departure times, and full of helpful tips about things to do in the area. It was simply a wonderful experience. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back!

Kostantino was extremely helpful! He helped us everytime we asked to, fast and friendly. The place was homey, and the location is perfect! There is a bus station, metro station, tram station and grocery stores.

U Dorosovom apartmanu smo se osjecali kao kod kuće. Apartman sam po sebi je veoma cist i osvijetljen. Posjeduje dugacak balkon, gdje izjutra možete piti kafu i hladni djus, dok uvece možete birati bijelo vino uz zapaljenu svijecu, gledajuci panoramu kvarta "Excarhia", sa vasom voljenom osobom. Ako ste ljubitelj muzike, atmosferu možete ispinuti dodatno pustanjem ploca na gramofonu, koje sadrže stranu, a pogotovo Grčku muziku. Takodje veče možete upotpuniti gledanjem zabavnog sadržaja na Netflixu, gdje možete pronaci veliki broj vasih omiljenih filmova i serija. Apartman je blizu centra, na 10-5min javnim prevozom do samog centra, i Monastiraki trga, dok vrijeme hodanja, ne prelazi 25min do istog. U okolini se nalaze veliki broj dobro opremljenih restorana i kafica, kao I veliki park, koji se nalazi preko puta stana na 100m. Doros kao domain je usluzan. Razmislja i o najmanjim detaljima i uvijek je dostupan za bilo koji vid informacije. Ako se jednog da vratim, opet cu odabrati isto.

Rundum zufrieden

I had a great stay at Sylvia’s place during a small heatwave in Athens. The AC worked well, and the apartment has two terraces—a smaller one and a very spacious one that's almost as big as the room itself. The apartment is small, as noted, but it has everything you need. The large terrace is a real bonus. Sylvia was a great host and even helped me get an iron for my shirt. I had a cosy and pleasant stay—thank you!

Leah's apartment was perfect. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the metro and 5 to 6 stops to downtown Athens. It was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. She was quick to respond to all of my messages. I didn't have any Euros on me yet and she drove me to a bank to use the ATM. She then drove me around the neighborhood and showed me her favorite places to eat and get coffee. We ate at a few or ordered in. There is also a cute bakery near the metro. The house does smell like cigarettes but that didn't bother us. If you have asthma this might affect your stay. This is Leah's personal home, which I liked due to her making extra money and not supporting a company who buys up properties and forces locals out of home ownership. If we ever make it back to Athens we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!
