Holiday rentals in Perivolia

Had a lovely stay at Elina's beautiful home. Town is just walking distance away, and there are plenty of restaurants around the area - close to the bus station too! Apartment is spacious, and has all the amenities you might need; Elina was a great host, and gave many helpful recommendations of what to do and see around the area. Would definitely stay again - thank you!

Great house really beautifully and stylishly renovated. It was a joy to stay for a few days. House is right by the sea in a cool neighbourhood with bars and restaurants and a short 10 min walk to the main port of Chania. Communication with Katerina was great and she was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous week away here! The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. The balcony was so lovely with the amazing views. We were given oranges to make fresh orange juice which we had each day..so delicious! Also a lovely bottle of wine which was a nice welcome surprise. The apartment was a short walk to town, where each evening we explored a different area of Chania. We hired a car for exploring in the day, lovely beaches with clear blue water. Our first time to Crete and will sure to be back. Our daughter stayed with us and worked from home for 4 days, the WiFi was very good which was a relief! The apartment was very light and airy but maybe a fan in the twin room would be good as it got very hot, would be our only suggestion to improve our experience.

The apartment is absolutely stunning — modern, spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. It immediately felt like a home away from home, with plenty of room for our family of four to relax and enjoy. On top of that, the host was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay, always available to answer any questions or offer assistance. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches — arriving to find olive oil, a pack of bread, and cheese in the fridge for breakfast was such a kind surprise and made us feel truly welcome. Everything was perfect, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We loved this place. The balcony was very large with a direct view of the sea. There was a natural swimming area in front of the place that was perfect for a dip anytime. The sunsets were amazing. It is close enough to walk to the Chania city center, but a car is recommended to visit the many beaches on the island. Elpida was always available for any guidance that was needed. The place is a gem we hope to visit again!

A small paradise near Chania – We spent 17 wonderful days in the vacation home of Kiki, Eleni and Nikos. The warm welcome and the great amenities of the house as well as the outdoor area impressed us: private pool, gas grill, sun loungers, parasols and regular towel and bed linen change every five days, including cleaning. Fresh fruit and vegetables were brought to us and we were allowed to help ourselves in the garden. The hosts are attentive but respect privacy. The house is perfectly equipped: Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine, large refrigerator, fluffy towels and bath towels for the pool. We were not only supplied with eggs, fruit, vegetables, but were even cooked for once. A mini-market with fresh bread is within walking distance, and there are three small taverns in the village. The proximity to Chania is ideal. Kiki was always available. We will be happy to come back! You are perfect hosts! Efcharisto!

We stayed with Angela for 12 days and were enthusiastic. A really nice apartment, with everything you need. he fridge was filled on arrival, coffee, sugar, spices, oil... all there. The apartment is nicely furnished, large TV, Wi-Fi works great. Everything is as described! The terrace overlooks Chaia also from the horny hot tub, which we used almost every evening. The apartment can be reached via an elevator and is on the 2nd floor Angela is always available and a really warm host. Always a smile on your face, sometimes makes for little surprises. By car you can quickly reach the beaches and the port of Chania, there are very good restaurants nearby with real Greek cuisine, not like in Germany. 5 stars +++ for this place, we will definitely be back!

Eleni’s apartment was perfect for us. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. We had a rental car so were happy with the location about 10 minutes drive outside of Chania. There were two local restaurants one of which was walkable and both served excellent food. Eleni is very helpful and friendly but not intrusive. She was happy to advise us on local beaches and restaurant suggestions. We would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation and we hope to return next year!
