Hello, I rent my 75 m² chalet in the mountains, at the heart of the Parc des Volcanoes d 'Auvergne in the Massif du Sancy. Located in the municipality of Saint Victor La Riviere, between Besse en Chandesse and Murol. (Lac Chambon and Château de Murol 5 min by car, Super-Besse ski resort 15 min) Shops and activities nearby, Murol (4 km) , Besse En Chandesse (7 km). Ideal for exploring the region and its beautiful landscapes. Numerous opportunities for hiking, on foot or by bike from the chalet.

Auvergne Holiday Cottage/Gite Sleeps 4

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Bedroom: 2 x 2 m mattress on slatted frame, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and small refrigerator. Linens/duvets/towels provided, Wifi on each floor, Large kitchen on the ground floor, living room, Android TV.

Towels, sheets, and cleaning included

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

Charming 70 m² single-level villa, facing LAKE CHAMBON, on the waterfront, with private, fenced and wooded land of 650 m². We welcome you in an old renovated barn combining modernity and old world charm. You will find 4 bedrooms (including a master suite with shower and bathtub and dressing room) that can accommodate 9 people. A large living space with a kitchen open to the dining room. The lounge area is located on the mezzanine: a warm space conducive to rest. You can also enjoy a garage, and a small garden where you will have garden furniture and BBQ.

Gîte "Chez Jacques"

This typical Auvergne house has been completely renovated to offer you all the comforts and spend good times with family or friends. Located in a charming little village in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes, you will spend a stay halfway between the Chaîne des Puys and the Massif du Sancy. Accommodating up to 6 people, you can enjoy an enclosed garden and have your meals there. All shops 4 km away (Rochefort-montagne).
