The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

My apartment in GERLAND I

Spacious apartment (95 m2), on the 2nd floor of 4, with 3 bedrooms including a master suite, a 2nd bathroom and a 2nd separate toilet. Fully-equipped US kitchen. The furnished and equipped living room offers access to the balcony as well as a sofa bed for an extra bed in 160 x 200. Located in Lyon Gerland, 2 steps from the landscaped banks of the Rhône, 15 min walk from the Confluence Museum, 25 min walk from the central square of Bellecour and with TCL network (metro B, Tram T1) within 1 km.

At Citizen Q´s

The apartment is located in a modern building as you exit the metro station "Jean Jaurès". Ideal location to visit Lyon, direct access to many tourist sites, concert halls, congress or exhibition; or to get to your business or training appointments. If you come by car you will have a garage available. Restaurants, a children playground are located at the foot of the building, Bakery and supermarket on the other side of the avenue, A farmers / Fruit & vegetable market on Thursday evening.

Confluence Studio, 6th floor + south-facing terrace

Very nice studio located in the heart of the Confluence district. It is ideal for a weekend of discovery or a week in Lyon (professional training or teleworking), combining PROXIMITY and COMFORT. The apartment is new, bright, very well equipped, it has a large terrace (parasol, sofa, electric bbq). A mobile air conditioner is available in case of hot weather. Quick access to public transportation, restaurants, bars, Confluence shopping center, Confluence museum, cinema, etc.

Duplex T2 very quiet in the heart of the dynamic Confluence district near the Confluences museum, shopping center, restaurants, cinemas, transport. Local shops (butcher, baker, pharmacy, ATM, LIDL) within a radius of 150 m. Due to its size and layout, the apartment is ideal for 2 people but a maximum of 4 people can be accommodated there. Place Bellecour

Situé à même la Place Bellecour ou de nombreuses festivités ont lieu, vous trouverez cet appartement coquet de 47m2 dans un immeuble, de haut standing très sécurisé, plein de charme. Il est très calme et reposant. Au 3ème étage avec ascenseur, il est composé d'un joli séjour lumineux, d'une cuisine toute équipée, un coin bureau. Une terrasse de 6m2 vient embellir celui-ci. Une chambre avec sa salle de bain (WC séparé) viendront compléter ce bel appartement.

Drop your luggage in this flea market-style space, and set off to discover the beautiful city of Lyon, thanks to nearby public transport, unless you prefer to start by enjoying the walled garden! The studio has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk, an equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, kettle) and a bedroom with dressing area and washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (fiber). Decor found at the Lyon Flea Market. Coffee, tea and herbal tea available.

Central apartment, ideally located 500 m from Place Bellecour, and 800 m from Vieux Lyon 3 rooms in perfect condition on the top floor of a 7-story building with elevator and a fabulous view of the Rhône, the Hôtel-Dieu and the Basilica of Fourvière. Very nice 15 m2 terrace No need for a car, all public transport is close to the accommodation, tram, metro, public bike. Shops nearby, Lyonnais bouchons, bar-barges on the quays, walks along the Rhône.

The countryside in the city. Only a 10-minute walk from the Hotel de Ville, perched on the heights of Vieux-Lyon, our house is a jewel of greenery in the city. A rare and pleasant setting. The apartment consists of a living room / kitchen, bedroom and shower room. It offers beautiful views of Croix-Rousse Hill. 1 free parking space available. But beware, the most direct access to the city is only by the stairs to St Paul (see photo).
