WC indépendants. L'appartement donne sur cour et au calme absolu. J’habite moi-même l’immeuble et je suis réactif si il devait y avoir une question.

My apartment is.located in a beautiful period building, 5 minutes from the Parc de la Tête d'Or and 10 minutes from the city center by metro (100m away). You'll appreciate its unique decor, its lively neighborhood—one of the most elegant in Lyon—its proximity to public transportation, and the complimentary breakfast (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bread, butter, jams, and fruit juice). The building's facade will be renovated from mid-September 2026 until the end of February 2027.
