Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Perrache, Lyon

Wonderful stay! We absolutely loved it!

We had a very good time in Giselles apartment. Communication with Giselle was good, and Giselles husband was waiting to welcome us. The apartment is clean, and well equiped, and situated in a nice complex. It takes about 25 minutes to walk into Vieux Lyon, but you are close to Lyons excellent public transport system if you do not fell energetic. There are local shops and restaurants, and Part Dieu shopping mall is just around the corner. You can hear some noise from the trainlines, but it is not enough to disturb you. I have no hesitation in recommending Giselles apartment, it is very good.

We were visiting Lyon for just two days to visit friends. Laura’s apartment was perfect for us! Initially I planned to cook some meals, and the kitchen is great …. But there are SO MANY wonderful small restaurants close by that the motivation left me 😀 It was so easy to find our way and such a short stroll from Perrache station. Laura’s son met us outside and made sure we got inside OK. Ed checked in on us a couple of times to make sure everything was OK. The apartment is lovely. Everything is fresh and clean. The bed is comfy and the shower is great. There is ample storage for your luggage. The building has a lift … a BIG plus when you are travelling with luggage. It was very hot when we visited and although there is no air conditioning we were not uncomfortable with the two fans. The high ceilings and shutters helped a little with the heat I think, and we really only came home at night to sleep, there was so much to see and do. We will definitely book again next visit!

This stay was so perfectly cozy and incredible. The attention to detail is beyond anything I’ve ever seen on Airbnb! This truly is a welcoming home with amazing amenities, great walkability to nearby restaurants, and endless things to do. Chiara provided great recommendations and maps. This is a must stay!

I can't speak highly enough about this place, from location to the apartment itself. Michael was extremely responsive and the apartment was spot on being close to public transport and not far from the centre. I would definitely stay again.

I had the best time at Marlène’s appartement. Very clear instructions on how to access the appartement and close to the the alliance française. I felt very safe walking through the neighborhood and everyone was very kind and friendly. Lots of local restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect place for me to continue my French studies. Although our stay in this house was only related to a business trip and we spent most of our time at work, I must admit that the rented apartment met all our expectations – and even exceeded them. After long working hours, we were happy to return to a quiet, clean and comfortable interior. The house was well heated, the beds were very comfortable, and the fast internet and desks allowed me to easily complete some duties remotely. The quiet neighborhood was conducive to rest and concentration – exactly what we needed after an intense day. I also appreciate the hosts' attention to detail – basic kitchen equipment, fresh towels, a coffee machine, and even some useful information about the area – all this made us feel more at home than in an "accommodation". I definitely recommend this house not only to tourists, but also to business travelers. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return.

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

We had a lovely stay at Axel’s house. The place was super and very clean. Axel was very accommodating and helpful prior to our arrival as well.

Amazing, we highly recommend! The setting/view is just beautiful, the accommodation impeccable, the decoration is neat and tasteful, the bedding is perfect. The accommodation, although next to the farmhouse, offers pleasant privacy. Marianne is warm and very concerned about the well-being of her hosts both in her messages and in the details in the accommodation. We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Great location for getting into central Lyon, 8 minute walk from the station and just a ten minute train to vieux Lyon. The space is great with a modern feel. The garden is beautiful and spacious.

Great place, super friendly people, cool chicken in the garden & lovely big pool. 10/10 woyld recommend. Only downside we could think of is a little bit of street noise bc of busy street.

Very good stay with Hélène. The apartment was big enough for 2 people and very bright. Everything is clearly stated and simple. Hélène is very responsive to messages. It was perfect!

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Delphine was a very good support. Respond quickly and suggest a good restaurant. The apartment, although small, is ideal for 2 people. All amenities are there. Housed in a historic building, the restriction of not having an air conditioner is the only drawback during a heat wave. Everything is within walking distance. A big advantage is the "Hôtel de Ville" metro station, which is less than a minute's walk away. A strategically well-located apartment for visitors. Thanks to Delphine, we'll be back.

Great place, very clean, spacious and ideal for a family or group stay. Peaceful neighborhood and located right next to the Rhone:) Marie is very kind and was very accommodating, allowing us to arrive early. Thank you!

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.
