Holiday rentals with lake access in Pessac

We had the loveliest week here. It’s a beautiful property, in a idyllic spot on the river, with a lovely pool and garden. The inside of the property was beautiful and felt brand new! We found we could walk to the train station and into the small town easily to explore the area. You will also have the friendliest hosts! Thank you for a memorable stay

Nice house with 3 bedrooms and a beautiful living room and above all, a very beautiful pool. Laeticia's welcome was very friendly. Only small downside, the presence of a studio in the garden and the obligation to share the pool if the accommodation is occupied was not specified in the listing, but we finally only met the occupants very little. In the end, a very nice house offering good value for money.

Little paradise... so peaceful and beautiful. And not only the views, the little house was very tasteful decorated and very clean and neat. The hosts are super nice and hospitable, they make you feel like home. Might have been the best places I've ever stayed with airbnb! I could have stayed there for much much longer... the independent cottage is not overlooked, quiet in a peaceful environment in the middle of nature, without noise. The cottage is functional, very clean, recent, access with a motorized gate and a parking space are a plus, the key box for a delayed arrival is very appreciable. communication, Hélène's responsiveness is a plus. the location of the cottage is appreciable, easy to radiate in the region.

Well located and easy to access house. There is a bakery just opposite. The house is very well equipped, there are even board games. The neighborhood is quiet. Christian is an accommodating and friendly host who explained the visits to do in Bordeaux. We recommend and will come back without hesitation.

We stayed here for our first family holiday with our 5 month old and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for it. As others have mentioned, the property and grounds are even more beautiful than the photos suggest. The property had everything we could need. It was comfortable and beautifully decorated, with high quality finishes and furnishings. It really felt like a home from home. The hosts were kind enough to provide baby equipment too so everything was very easy for the 3 of us. Portets is lovely, with a bakery, pharmacy & supermarket, which was ideal for us as we cooked all our meals at the house. We didn’t have a car but managed with just these facilities nearby, as we were very happy just spending time by the pool & in the house. We also walked to one of the vineyards for a tour which was great. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the loungers, including the cabana which offered some shade. We would recommend this property without hesitation and can’t wait to return!

Very good stay with Tanguy, the accommodation is as described. Very quiet residence near the lake for a short walk and not very far from Bordeaux city center. Friendly and responsive host with clear explanations. I highly recommend this place.

We really liked the apartment, very cool interior, all amenities supplied including bowls for pets. Easy acces and parking based on the instructions. We felt at home and found everything for a comfortable stay. The location is pefect, walking distance to the market and the best part of Bordeaux. Andrew was also flexible with the check in and check out times which makes a huge difference when travelling with a pet. We had a great experience thank you! We will definitely choose this place again when travelling in Bordeaux.

We have stayed in a lot of airBnB properties over the years, but this is definitely our favorite. Lydie's home in La Rivière is stunning along the Dordogne. She provides lovely amenities including a relaxing sitting area overlooking the river that we thorough enjoyed. She was a delightful host who took extra time to provide local recommendations for restaurants (Bistro Farrell!) and activities (underground tour of St. Emilion). We felt incredibly lucky to experience her wonderful property, and we look forward to returning.

We had a fantastic stay at Anne-Sophies. She has done such a fantastic job with the interior, we felt so at home! She was a brilliant host and we had a great couple of days there. The surrounding area (lake etc) is beautiful for a walk and there's a shopping centre for all your essentials very close by! We would definitely recommend Anne-Sophies place! 😃 😊 😀

Janine's property suited us perfectly. Walks from the property, supermarket (very good) nearby, award-winning pastry chef not too far away..... Bourg is a beautiful and interesting place and some of the Côte de Bourg wines are exceptional. Well located for Blaye - the citadel, the cliff, the ferry to cross the Gironde. The house is warm and cozy, but the electricity needs a little update, which we think will happen in the near future. The garden was perfect for dogs and there are great views from the patio which, in hot weather, would probably have been contemplated at leisure! Janine is friendly and responds quickly. We rarely go back to the properties but this could be an exception! A big thank you Janine and - maybe - see you soon.

We had a very good weekend in Yohann's cottage as part of an EVG. The cottage is well-equipped, and it is in a beautiful environment. Yohann is a very good host, responsive and human. I can only recommend this stay.

We had a lovely time staying at Eric and Fabianne’s beautiful guest house. The riverside setting is idyllic, and we loved the picturesque rural surroundings and historic towns. Our hosts had everything on hand for our baby son and he had a very happy stay. The setting balances tranquility with easy access to shops and restaurants by car. It’s an ideal hub to explore Bordeaux. Huge thanks to our wonderful hosts.
