Easy access to go to Bordeaux, visit the castles or spend a day at the beach. Located 5 minutes from the tram and close to Pessac Alouette SNCF train station. 40 minutes from the first beach of Arcachon Bay. I specify that the apartment is rented with my things in it, but in each room there are empty shelves to store your things.

Charming 25 m2 studio. Ideally located in the Alouette district, the accommodation is located in a cul-de-sac and close to the Bourgailh forest. Close to all amenities (bypass and bus nearby and tram 15 min walk). The accommodation, adjoining our main house, is composed of a main room with living/sleeping area (140 bed), kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. The exteriors are still being renovated...

It is suitable for a person or a couple with a baby. Free street parking is available. Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in. During the week check-ins are from 5pm and check-outs are at 11am. And on weekends from 2pm and checkouts at 11am.
