(High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

My home is conveniently located; close to university colleges, local amenities and green spaces. You'll love it because it's central, yet peaceful and quiet on a beautiful street. The South facing single bedroom is on the first floor and at the back of the house. Private bathroom is next to the bedroom. Check in 4:00pm-9:00pm (by arrangement) and Check out 10:00am
