The accommodation was perfectly as advertised and very clean upon arrival. The host was responsive, which is always reassuring. The location is ideal, just minutes walk to the sea. The value for the money is great. All the amenities were present and in a very good condition. We highly recommend this place, especially for people traveling with a dog: the garden is well enclosed, which was a real plus for us. No worries during our stay, we'll be happy to come back!

Very well furnished house, typical facade of the region. It is located in a quiet, peaceful little village full of charm. You can take beautiful walks there. The host is very accessible and very friendly. I would gladly recommend this rental to friends.

A charming old timber house in a surprisingly pretty part of Normandy. We were two couples with a small dog and had a lovely week there. Olivier is a kind and helpful host and was prepared to go out of his way to help us. The garden is very large and beautiful and perfect for relaxing in the late afternoon on the terrace .

The +: Very friendly welcome, responsive hosts, very charming and peaceful cottage, clean cottage, good bedding, good overall services for a real moment in the countryside. The cons: Even if it's not disturbing at all, there are 2 independent cottages on the same land and it should be mentioned in the description, some kitchen utensils to replace, some bad smells (fake septic I think) from time to time but nothing serious. I recommend this cottage for its charm and for the great welcome from Georgie and Ben.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house is very well equipped and very roomy. Communication from the host was excellent at all times So much to do with the kids and the swimming pool fantastic! Garden is so big. Would highly recommend for large families

Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful place to stay, in beautiful surroundings. The accommodation has everything you could need and more. Everything supplied for the kitchen, and the bathroom, including lovely towels. Very quiet, with nature all around. The outdoor swimming pool was absolutely perfect, and always available to use. Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely perfect stay at this place! We were 6 adults and 2 children, and everything was impeccable. The accommodation is very well maintained, the environment is peaceful, and it was a pleasure to observe the animals in the garden. No noise disturbance came to disrupt our tranquility. The pool is beautiful and made the children happy. We'll be happy to go back!

Loved our stay! The accommodation is superb, very large and offers many quality amenities! The indoor pool is beautiful and so is the spa. The children also enjoyed all the games made available and the dormitory. The accommodation is very spacious with many bathrooms, which allows everyone to have their own space. Lucie was very responsive as soon as we had questions, it was very appreciable. We'll be back without hesitation!

What a fabulous little place, we loved our few days there. It was extremely clean and comfortable with beautiful surroundings. The pool was fantastic and we had great weather to enjoy it. We enjoyed a circular walk from the house to Caudabec en Caux returning along the river. We found a great restaurant too! Thoroughly recommend this lovely place which was great for our dog too. Fabulous hosts completed our stay!

Perfect location in a quiet village. Private yard with lockable gate. Brilliant host and was available when needed. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and bed was extremely comfortable. Definitely recommend

A lovely house, beautifully decorated with an eye for detail, and well furnished. It’s very practical to have 2 bathrooms. There is also a toilet on every floor. The kitchen has more items in it than you will ever need during your stay, which is a plus! Since this is a renovated old house, the staircases are a bit steeper, so you need to have good mobility. When in Cayeux, the sea, the shops, the restaurants and market are all at walking distance from the house. You can easily visit other seaside places such as Mers-les-Bains, Le Hourdel, St-Valery-sur-Somme, Crotoy, … Nice detail: you can park your car nearby free of charge. (Don’t come to Cayeux without a car; there is no public transport). Robin is a great host who is both pro-active and responsive, without being pushy. If you are looking to visit this region I would not hesitate one second: book yourself into this accommodation!

Really lovely, clean and tidy. Everything we needed for our stay. We only used one bedroom at the top but I can say that the bed was very comfortable.

It was wonderful, everything was perfect! The house is super furnished, the kitchen is well equipped (like everything else). I loved cooking and baking there. A highlight is of course the winter garden! We were even able to have breakfast there, although it was still cool outside. We slept well, it was so quiet. Only seagulls, birds and the sea😍. Another advantage is that the property and the conservatory can be locked. And there's a shed for the bikes. The area is simply gigantic, Criel-sur-Mer is a beautiful little town. We had a very enjoyable stay. Arrival, check-in, check-out and communication with Clémence were great. The apartment is perfectly equipped; even for a longer stay, everything you need is available. The fenced garden and parking on the property offer security, especially for holidays with a dog. The tranquility, although the house is directly on the street, and the short walk to the beach are optimal. Shops, bakeries, restaurants and pizza vending machines are also within walking distance if required. Many thanks Clémence, also for the small welcome gift! We would book this accommodation again at any time!
