Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

In our 90 square meter apartment on the first floor, you have everything you need for a break with us. The large balcony invites you to linger. Whether having breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening. Here you can enjoy. We invite you to cook in our great bright kitchen from a regional kitchen studio. The apartment was completed in 2024. Some of our furniture is made by us. A bakery, supermarket and restaurants are available in the village of Petting.

Nestled in beautiful nature and ideal for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the tranquility. Treat yourself to a break in our wood-burning stove sauna, which you can also book on site. Kirchanschöring is located in the picturesque Rupertwinkel and invites you to walk and cycle directly. In the center of the village you will find an organic shop and other shopping opportunities. The train station is located on the train line from Landshut to Salzburg.

With great attention to detail, we have created a small haven of peace for those seeking relaxation here at the beautiful Waginger See. Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.
