Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Die ca. 90 m² große Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Ein kostenloser PKW-Abstellplatz befindet sich bei der Unterkunft. Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in kürzester Zeit an allen wichtigen Orten. Innsbruck, Seefeld (bekannter Urlaubsort für Sommer und Winter), sowie viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in nur max. 20 km Entfernung. Auch Ausflüge in beliebte Wandergebiete wie das Ötztal oder Stubaital erreicht man schnell - auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

My flat is best when you're looking for a quiet little getaway in the mountains, as the neighborhood doesn't offer any nightclubs or fancy restaurants ;-) Instead, many hiking and biking trails are right around the corner.
