Es besteht aus einem großem Vorraum, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Küche, 2 Doppelbettschlafzimmer, 2 Bädern mit Waschbecken, WC und Dusche, einem Bad davon mit Waschmaschine. Die Skibushaltestelle ist in 50 m; in ca. 8min sind sie im Weltmeisterskigebiet St. Anton a.A.. Unmittelbar in der Nähe sind ein Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, Sportgeschäfte sowie Restaurants.

Die Unterkunft bietet auf rund 90 Quadratmetern 3 Schlafzimmer, davon eines mit Du/WC direkt vom Schlafzimmer zugänglich. Ein zweites Schlafzimmer ist vom Wohnbereich zugänglich. Alle drei Schlafzimmer haben Tageslicht und einen Kasten. Sämtliche Schlafzimmer sind versperrbar. Die Küche bietet alles, was für einen gemütlichen Kochabend nötig ist. Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem TV ausgestattet. WLAN ist kostenlos verfügbar, ebenso sind Parkplätze vorhanden.
