Willkommen in deinem Appartement in unserem 2022 erbauten Haus. Genieße die gut erreichbare Lage, auch im Winter, den Komfort des privaten Eingangs und des Parkplatzes am Haus. Deine Ausrüstung und Schuhe finden im abschließbaren Skiraum mit Schuhtrockner Platz. Dein Appartement bietet eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Kabel-TV und WLAN. Das Highlight: eine private Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Buslinien zum Skigebiet liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wasser, Heizung, Müllentsorgung inklusive.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Die Unterkunft bietet auf rund 90 Quadratmetern 3 Schlafzimmer, davon eines mit Du/WC direkt vom Schlafzimmer zugänglich. Ein zweites Schlafzimmer ist vom Wohnbereich zugänglich. Alle drei Schlafzimmer haben Tageslicht und einen Kasten. Sämtliche Schlafzimmer sind versperrbar. Die Küche bietet alles, was für einen gemütlichen Kochabend nötig ist. Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem TV ausgestattet. WLAN ist kostenlos verfügbar, ebenso sind Parkplätze vorhanden.

Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.
