Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. We have good tips!

Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal. Petit plus: vidéo projecteur xgimi + écran pour vos soirées ou journées pluvieuses!

Located 15 minutes from Capbreton and close to the highway, this apartment is for you! It consists of a bedroom with a double bed with the possibility of accommodating two other people on the sofa bed in the living room. An outdoor area with wooden terrace, barbecue and a small synthetic turf corner will be perfect for your leisure time.

The sea is 20 minutes away, as well as the lakes.

This 25 m2 studio is located in the town of Saint Étienne d'Orthe, less than 1000 inhabitants, close to all amenities and quiet. About 30 minutes from Bayonne, 20 minutes from the beaches, 45 minutes from Pau. It is adjoining our house. However, apart from the common main driveway, this studio has a private parking space and enjoys total independence: private access, private garden and terrace as well, not overlooked.
