Apartment holiday rentals in Peyia

We felt very comfortable. The apartment was modern and attractively furnished and sparkling clean. Andreas always responded immediately and fulfilled all our wishes. The beds were very comfortable and at night it was quiet. Washing machine and large balcony were a plus. Unfortunately, we could not use the roof terrace belonging to the apartment and the communal pool due to the weather. A special feature was the dimmable and color-tunable lighting in the living room. There were numerous adapters for Euro plugs and USB charging options. For exploring the surroundings, a car for which there is a reserved parking space is recommended. We can fully recommend the apartment and hosts.

Very comfortable stay, great to have access to a kitchen, as well as the option for breakfast buffet and pool access at Droushia Heights right beside the apartments. Only 15 minutes to Latchi, it made it so that my short stay contained both mountain and beach beauty all together. Would recommend!

Was a great apartment in a peaceful location in the hills. Had everything as described. Was a quick drive to paphos airport as well as local coastline and historical sites.

Very friendly host, great location and facilities. Only thing is bring your own internet as it connects ok on phone but for tv, will need a hotspot :) other than that perfect place and great restaurants nearby

Tina's place was outstanding, exactly as described and in a very peaceful location but within walking distance of the bars and restaurants in Polis Square. Tina was a friendly host and very quick to respond to messages, nothing was too much trouble for her, she even lent us a cool box for a day trip. Tina's parents are also on hand to help with anything and are very lovely and very helpful too. The property had everything we needed including a full size fridge/freezer, also some provisions provided including bottled water, tea coffee and other cooking ingredients. The garden was beautiful with plenty of space to relax, an airer and washing line for drying clothes. Washing machine, complete with detergent and fabric conditioner was also included at the apartment. The garden had fruit trees in it and we were encouraged to help ourselves to any fruit from them, the oranges and lemons were delicious. Would 100% recommend the host and her property. Antoine is a hospitable host. Gave us all the instructions and recommendations for a comfortable vacation. The apartment corresponds to the description and photos. The pool is a great addition to the apartment. I sent Antoine in personal communication some comments to improve the comfort of the apartment, as over time some details need to be updated/repaired and it is a natural process and Antoine promised to accept my comments. The sea and the promenade are 10 minutes walk at most . The shopping center with a large grocery store is also within walking distance. Take the car and go to the zoo to touch the lemurs!) I recommend this apartment for a vacation.

We had a most enjoyable holiday in Paphos, Cyprus. Demetri is a great host. He is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all enquiries. The property is very nice and clean. Location wise, the property is a 'stone throw' away from many restaurants and amenities. The supermarket is 5 minutes walking. The harbour / swimming is about 3 minutes walking. Caffe Nero is less than a one minute walk. A great central location, close to everything Thank you again Demetri... we enjoyed your hospitality, with much appreciation, Abi and family

I thought it was a nice, peaceful, spacious studio. Clean. Well designed. Loved the smell when I first walked in. And the bathroom smelt lovely too; really nice. clean. I enjoyed the big bed. Lots of space to for me to chill on. The balcony was lovely as well. I liked listening to the sound of the wind through the trees whilst on the balcony. The bus stop is less than five minutes away which was cool. The host has a good heart. Was down to earth, warm and friendly. Thank you for having me.

Great studio flat close to restaurants, shops walking distance to beach . Nice swimming pool very quiet complex . Lana was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend

We had a very nice stay at this appartment. The location is great, quiet and close to the beach (10 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive), the garden was amazing, especially for the kids and overall, we felt very comfortable during the whole stay. Thank you!

Lovely Airbnb, just like photos and Kirsty was really clear with instructions. Had everything we needed, lovely outside area to have breakfast. Pool area was lovely, sun loungers provided. Very quiet so always had the pool to ourselves. Lovely elderly couple next door, definitely say hello to them. Quiet community although sometimes the local bar has very loud karaoke and music but we were ok with that. We would definitely stay again if we come to Cyprus. Would recommend renting a car to get around the island as not much close, good little supermarket close. Thank you!

Wonderful place with great views, quiet area and close to the bus stop. Very detailed and precise directions from the host, impossible to go wrong! Clean and cozy room, comfortable bed and the room has everything you need. I recommend this accommodation and a host like him to everyone, who will make the trip unforgettable!! Stayed at Felix's condo for 3 weeks with my wife and 2 small kids. The location was great and near all the amenities (beach, marina, restaurants and stores). The condo was well stocked, cold AC and comfortable beds. The complex has 3 different pools to choose from which was great for the kids. The only negative was that the terrace was quite dirty and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time.

Great place to stay in Paphos! Very convinient to everything neer by. Supermarkets, mall, sightseeings, church, restaurants, and much more. The 2 pools are great for swimming and parking is easy to find. We enjoy our stay and hope to return soon!
