I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I’d love to come back for another visit!

This villa was more than advertised. The house was well appointed and the pool and local beaches were perfect. Luxury and comfort come together to make this an elegant, yet relaxing, vacation. Georgia was a great host who made our stay more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property!

We were a party of four adults and two teenage children. The villa is set in a spacious plot with the pool positioned behind the villa for extra privacy. The pool itself is excellent and was cleaned twice in the week we were there. The surrounds are also great with plenty of seating and sun beds, both in the sun and in the shade. The inside of the villa is well appointed although some of the furniture is tired, not unusual for a rental property. The bedrooms are excellent with plenty of storage. The villa is a stones throw from a range of excellent restaurants, supermarkets and gift shops. The main beach is less than five minutes drive or an estimated 15 to 20 minute walk away. Overall a tremendous family friendly villa.

The place was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and as expected. Would definitely recommend.

By far the best Airbnb I’ve ever had. This place is a mansion and we had the best time in it. We came as 5 couples and there was a suite for every couple with one of the suites having two extra single beds in a single room. The host was responsive and gave us amazing local recommendations for everything. We planned on going to party but the villa was so fun we ended up staying in it for the whole time. This is the perfect place to getaway since it has amazing amenities and a quiet surrounding. 10/10 would recommend and would come again!!

Place was above what you normally get well equipped kitchen and the beds are very comfortable. Would highly recommend this place where be back.

Great villa, the views/surroundings was unbelievable, definitely need a car however don’t let that put you off as taxis are so expensive in these areas it’s actually beneficial to have a car anyway, villa had everything we needed as a family and couldn’t ask for anything more, very friendly and helpful/responsive hosts which is always a massive plus. Would recommend to everyone.

Sarah's place was just great and nothing was missing. The highlight is the view from the terrace, because you can enjoy the sunset there every evening. Sarah was also quick to help us with every question. Overall, you can be more than satisfied with this accommodation.

Lovely spacious villa - perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Sea view won’t last long once the building of the new villas in front is complete.

An incredible place that completely exceeded my expectations. There is a huge pool, shady spots under olive trees, an open air bar area (with music), a large cozy terrace with various barbecue facilities; and each place is worth enjoying a glass of wine. But the most impressive thing is the gigantic view! You can see the surrounding villages, the mountains and the sea. And with every look you discover something new. The kitchen and living room area are huge, the bedrooms cozy. Our stay was perfect, I'd come back anytime.

Amazing place to stay in a quieter area of Paphos. Beautiful conversion of a building which has retained natural features. Very comfortable beds with blackout curtains. Inside is lovely and clean with plenty of storage. We had everything we needed for a 1 week stay. The outdoor area is a lovely sun trap we had a great time relaxing by the pool. We were welcomed by George and Cula who were very hospitable. Local shops and old town are 5 mins drive away making it great to enjoy the town but come back to a quiet place. Would definitely recommend booking this and we look forward to coming back.

The villa exceeded all expectations! We are a family of six, parents and teenagers. The villa is beautiful and equipped with everything you need (including tablecloths and candles for beauty, wine glasses, dishes for eight people, BBQ utensils, and everything you need to operate a cozy kitchen). The view is amazing, not a small pool faces a great view of the sea, sun sofas and a dining area inside and out. The rooms are all facing the sea and there are four toilets- everything is clean and cozy. The host is available for any questions and recommendations, the walk to the sea is short (three minutes walk) - the villa looks exactly like the pictures. We would definitely come back again!!

Host was very helpful and quick to respond. It was thoughtful to arrive having the basics for us milk l, bread, coffee, fruit, cereal, wine, beers, water etc. The view from the pool was outstanding and lovely to wake up to. A great pool for the kids and was very clean. It’s not far to drive to anywhere but need a car. There are neighbourhood dogs that bark a lot but it wouldn’t put us off coming here again. Are looking forward to coming back and would recommend to friends. We had an enjoyable 2 weeks didn’t want to leave. Thanks Georgio

We had a fantastic stay! The Villa was exactly as described – very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect: just a 5-minute walk to the sea and close to the amazing restaurant Porto Antico, yet still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making us feel very welcome from the start. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

I had a very nice short-term retreat at the property. The area is quiet and tranquile with nice garden and a pool area with great views of the Coral Bay area. The property is very clean and looked after. The owner was helpful and arranged an easy check-in despite same day booking, and the same goes for the check-out too. Overall a fantastic holiday property that I will gladly come back to in the future.

Lovely stay at Keith’s villa. Well presented villa in a great location close to all local amenities yet still being in a quiet peaceful cul de sac. 5 mins drive from coral bay beach. Great pool area overlooking the trees with nothing to spoil the sea view. Keith was great, with quick communication and easy check in. Will definitely consider staying again.

Myself and young family stayed for 11 great nights at Ben's home. We had a fantastic holiday. The house is lovely and the pool area fantastic. The cats we very chilled and no bother. We realised quickly that the AirCon wasn't as expensive as we first thought so definitely make use of it when you stay. The location is brilliant and only a few minutes walk into the main coral bay strip and 10 minutes from the beach. We loved every minute. Thanks so much!

We had a great stay at Coral Beach. The space was perfect for two young families with two babies. Due to availability our stay was split between two villas and they were both great. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions and dealing with issues and sent someone to fix the AC within hours of me communicating the issue. The furniture is very slightly dated and the first villa was a bit short on utensils/ cooking equipment but these were very minor issues.

I am so pleased we found this beautiful Villa - it was perfect for our family of 4. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked with toilet rolls, linen, kitchen utensils etc. The basement was full of inflatables for the pool, there is an area for kids full of books and games plus the pool area had many sunbeds and a covered outside eating area in the shade. The location in brilliant - a 1 minute walk to the shop, a wonderful bakery with the most beautiful and delicious array of cakes, treats and savoury foods and a 5 minute drive to Phillipos the big supermarket. Really close to the gorgeous Coral Bay Beach too (about a 7 minute drive). We love eating traditional Mezes so was brilliant thay there were 3 taverns to choose from which were about a 10 minute walk away and also other bars and restaurants even closer. Maria was a brilliant host and very responsive- nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to families. Loved it ❤️

We had the best time at this villa and both hosts were amazing at responding and helping us before we arrived. Friendly hosts and spotless and stunning villa, we will absolutely be back! Hardly any bugs, not a single ant and flawless views even from the shower! Smart TV in the lounge and bedroom, good water pressure, it is by far the nicest villa we have stayed in! It was worth every penny! Thank you Constantinos and Imario for a wonderful experience

We had two amazing weeks at this villa! Words can’t describe how relaxing and great it was, so you just have to go there and experience it 😍 I truly believe this house is one the best to stay at in Paphos!
