Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war modern und ansprechend eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Andreas hat immer sofort reagiert und all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und nachts war es ruhig. Waschmaschine und großer Balkon waren ein Plus. Die zur Wohnung gehörende Dachterasse und den gemeischaftlichen Pool konnten wir witterungsbedingt leider wenig bzw. nicht nutzen. Eine Besonderheit war die dimmbare und farblich abstimmbare Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer. Adapter für Eurostecker und USB Lademöglichkeiten waren zahlreich vorhanden. Zur Erkundung der Umgebung ist ein Auto, für das es einen reservierten Parkplatz gibt, empfehlenswert. Wir können Wohnung und Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Very comfortable stay, great to have access to a kitchen, as well as the option for breakfast buffet and pool access at Droushia Heights right beside the apartments. Only 15 minutes to Latchi, it made it so that my short stay contained both mountain and beach beauty all together. Would recommend!

Tres bon séjour à Paphos. L'appartement est situé dans une belle résidence avec du confort et une superbe piscine. Afin de visiter la région, une voiture est un véritable plus sinon il faut aimer marcher (se situe à environ 15/20 min du port) mais cela n'est pas infaisable. L'appartement convient pour un couple. La literie est plutôt convenable. Le stationnement y est aisé car une place de parking nous est reservée dans la résidence malgré une conduite à gauche à laquelle il faut s'habituer en tant que français :). Le seul point noir pour nous a été l'isolation phonique trop sommaire, nous entendions beaucoup les voisins qui vivaient pourtant de manière normale et adaptée. Bon séjour aux prochains.

Lovely little place in Polis. Very clean and it has everything you need. Close to Latchi, which is beautiful and accessible to Paphos by car. Host was helpful and the check in process was easy. The room is location on the second floor and I am not sure the lift was working so this is something to bear in mind if you have trouble with stairs, but if not it’s a great stay.

Was a great apartment in a peaceful location in the hills. Had everything as described. Was a quick drive to paphos airport as well as local coastline and historical sites.

Un appartement très agréable, spacieux, et bien équipé Situé à 10-15 minutes de marche du bord de mer. La piscine est très agréable ainsi que la terrasse Le logement était très propre et Alina s’est montrée accueillante Tout était parfait Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Schon bevor ich hier ankam nahm sich Mike immer Zeit für mich. Mike ist, und auch seine Frau und sein Sohn seeeehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich, auch wenn ich nicht gut englisch kann. Très belle expérience dans ce logement confortable, fidèle aux photos et parfaitement entretenu. Le quartier est paisible, tout en étant proche des commodités. Ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est l’aide précieuse de l’hôte dès notre arrivée : il nous a accompagné pour trouver une voiture de location, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour et d’explorer Chypre en toute liberté. Un grand merci pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Je recommande sans hésitation !

We had a most enjoyable holiday in Paphos, Cyprus. Demetri is a great host. He is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all enquiries. The property is very nice and clean. Location wise, the property is a 'stone throw' away from many restaurants and amenities. The supermarket is 5 minutes walking. The harbour / swimming is about 3 minutes walking. Caffe Nero is less than a one minute walk. A great central location, close to everything Thank you again Demetri... we enjoyed your hospitality, with much appreciation, Abi and family

I thought it was a nice, peaceful, spacious studio. Clean. Well designed. Loved the smell when I first walked in. And the bathroom smelt lovely too; really nice. clean. I enjoyed the big bed. Lots of space to for me to chill on. The balcony was lovely as well. I liked listening to the sound of the wind through the trees whilst on the balcony. The bus stop is less than five minutes away which was cool. The host has a good heart. Was down to earth, warm and friendly. Thank you for having me.

Great studio flat close to restaurants, shops walking distance to beach . Nice swimming pool very quiet complex . Lana was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend

We had a very nice stay at this appartment. The location is great, quiet and close to the beach (10 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive), the garden was amazing, especially for the kids and overall, we felt very comfortable during the whole stay. Thank you!

Lovely Airbnb, just like photos and Kirsty was really clear with instructions. Had everything we needed, lovely outside area to have breakfast. Pool area was lovely, sun loungers provided. Very quiet so always had the pool to ourselves. Lovely elderly couple next door, definitely say hello to them. Quiet community although sometimes the local bar has very loud karaoke and music but we were ok with that. We would definitely stay again if we come to Cyprus. Would recommend renting a car to get around the island as not much close, good little supermarket close. Thank you!

Posto meraviglioso con ottima vista, zona tranquilla e si trova vicino alla fermata del pullman. Indicazioni da parte dell’host molto dettagliate e precise, impossibile sbagliare! Stanza pulita e accogliente, letto comodo e nella stanza c’è tutto il necessario. Consiglio a tutti questi alloggio e un host come lui che renderanno il viaggio indimenticabile!! Stayed at Felix's condo for 3 weeks with my wife and 2 small kids. The location was great and near all the amenities (beach, marina, restaurants and stores). The condo was well stocked, cold AC and comfortable beds. The complex has 3 different pools to choose from which was great for the kids. The only negative was that the terrace was quite dirty and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time.

Siamo venuti in 2 adulti e 2 bambini ...perfetto perfetto perfetto... Praticamente la mia famiglia vorrebbe prendere la stessa casa,macchina (che e sempre di proprietario..) Siamo stati benissimo... Raccomando a tutti. 4 giornate purtroppo sono stati pochi...c'è tanto da visitare
