Waterfront holiday rentals in Peyia

Unser Pafos Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt und keine Probleme im Ferienalltag. Wir sind sehr dankbar für die schöne Zeit und die erlebnisreichen Tage in Pafos. Wir haben unsere Rückkehr beziehungsweise unsere nächster Besuch bereits wieder in der Agenda eingetragen. Danke vielmals für alles.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und super modern. Klein aber fein mit schönem Balkon und Blick auf den Pool. Check in und Check out waren super einfach mit der Schlüsselbox. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Mit dem Mietwagen konnte wir alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell von der Wohnung aus erreichen. Alles in allem super! 👍🏼

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee and local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Anna - thank you! The apartment is great, parking close by, sea views from the apartment, balcony is amazing for morning coffees and doing some work. Easy access to the coastal path which is great for runs. Anna also, had toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving foam which was great! Also, had washing powder for the washing machine, though weren’t there long enough to use. Can’t fault the apartment at all.

Great location, very caring host. The appartment isn't brand new, but very good value for money. Well equiped and has a homy feeling. Like AirBnb used to be Kids loved the pool. The pictures of the view are certainly apt. It is situated close to the harbour, in between two beaches. Some very beautiful bays for snorkling that can easily be reached by bus (10 munutes, direction aphrodite or by one if the many boat excursions). Same for hiking routes We did not hire a car and it is certainly doable without. There is is medium sized supermarket nearby and a bus station. Ask Yiannos for a taxi company in case you need

We had a great stay at this apartment! The place is comfortable, nicely furnished, with a lovely garden and access to a shared pool in the community. We stayed there with our family during the weekdays, so it was quiet and peaceful — perfect for both rest and remote work. The host was exceptionally proactive and helpful, always available and responsive. Highly recommended!

Я очень благодарна Наде за наш прекрасный отпуск! Квартира полностью соответствовала представленным фотографиям, а сама Надя оказалась очень радушной хозяйкой! Квартира чистая, красивая и очень просторная! Мы с детьми не только с комфортом разместились в разных спальнях, но также имели шикарную возможность заниматься учебой и работой в отдельном кабинете. Интернет в квартире летает! (проблем с рабочими видеосозвонами по Zoom не было никаких) До прекрасного пляжа неторопливым шагом 15 минут пешком. Также по дороге есть и маленький круглосуточный магазин, и большой Lidl. В пешей доступности ресторанчики и таверны. В период дневного зноя в квартире комфортно благодаря кондиционерам и вентиляторам. Также есть шикарная возможность окунуться в бассейн, доступный только жителям этого кондоминиума. Также у квартиры есть просторная терраса , где приятно встретить утро с чашечкой кофе или отдохнуть днем. В квартире есть вся необходимая посуда для приготовления пищи. Мы очень довольны!

Nice place perfectly positioned for the centre of Paphos. Good local restaurants and view from the balcony is great. Easy to find and straightforward instructions

Jonathan's place is well suited for a quiet relaxing holiday only a 5 minute walk to a main bus route from paphos to coral Bay. The pool was very quiet and most days we were the only people there. The host replied to all messages very promptly Well worth a visit

Spędziliśmy kilka dni w tym domu i było naprawdę super. Cisza, spokój, piękne widoki i prywatny basen – idealne miejsce, żeby odpocząć i złapać oddech. Dom dobrze wyposażony, czysty i klimatyczny. Zdecydowanie polecamy – jeszcze tu wrócimy!

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

We’ve just returned from our 2nd year at Villa Morfo. As last year, everything was perfect. The house was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could possibly need. It was lovely to relax in the outdoor area, and the pool was great to cool off in. Evenings spent on the verandah, watching the spectacular sunsets were a perfect end to the day.Aris is an exceptional host, always there when needed, but never intrusive. The object of the holiday, was peace, seclusion and relaxation, Morfo is all of these things and more, so we’ve booked to come back next year. Thankyou so much Aris.

We had a very nice stay, the house was great. Bit of struggle with the parking sometimes, but not a real issue.

Wow- words can’t describe how much we enjoyed the stay at Nikos’ place. The room was great, but most importantly, Nikos was an amazing host. Took great care of us and provided the best customer service! It really enhanced our stay. The room is walkable to everything in Paphos and it is a great place to stay if you want to explore. Thank you for such a great time!

Es war so wie auf den Bildern. Wunderschön. Als Familie mit 2 Kindern (4 und 6 Jahre) haben wir die Nähe zu dem netten Ort Latchi sehr genossen. In 20 Minuten am Fußgängerwegs entlang der Strandpromenade waren wir bei vielen tollen Restaurants, Eisdiele, Supermarkt etc. und am Weg befinden sich einige Spielplätze. Also eine tolle Lage! Der Vermieter hat auf unsere Anfragen schnell und hilfreich geantwortet! An kalten Tagen im Februar gibt es ein paar Hotels, wo du als Tagesgast den Spa-Bereich bzw. Indoor-Pool nutzen darfst. Das nächstgelegene "Latchi Escape Hotel" ist dafür aber NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT. Dort waren wir. Schäbig und schimmlig. Fahrt lieber etwas länger in ein Hotel um Paphos und zahlt etwas mehr.

Spacieux, confortable, bien équipé comme décrit et très bon café ! Frank est très sympas et répond rapidement en cas de besoin. Nous avons aimez passer notre séjour dans ce logement !

We had a lovely relaxing time. Lovely short stroll to fantastic restaurants on the waterfront. Beautiful harbour and lovely beach. Apartment was great, everything you need and more for a lovely relaxing stay.

The location is perfect — restaurants, the beach, a supermarket, and boat rentals are all just around the corner. The apartment is spacious, with a lovely balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the complimentary snacks and cold water waiting for us in the fridge — such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. We had small luggage, so the stairs were no problem, but be aware that there’s no elevator. It might be challenging if you have heavy bags or mobility issues. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

Piękny apartament w spokojnej okolicy! Tuż obok tarasu jest basen, dostępne są leżaki, jest miejsce parkingowe. Apartament wyposażony we wszystkie udogodnienia, bardzo ładnie urządzony. W aneksie kuchennym był czajnik, kuchenka mikrofalowa, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, lodówka z zamrażalnikiem, toster, blender a także naczynia i akcesoria kuchenne w wystarczającej ilości. TV z dostępem do Netflixa, dwa klimatyzatory ( w salonie oraz z sypialni), jest duże lustro, szafa, pralka, żelazko i suszarka do włosów, ręczniki plażowe. Wszystko co niezbędne do spokojnego wypoczynku. Dodatkowo na uznanie zasługuje komunikacją z gospodarzem - z Sylwią, reagowała bardzo szybko a nawet przyjechała osobiście, gdy nie mogliśmy sobie poradzić z klimatyzacją :). Polecamy gorąco!

Stayed at Felix's condo for 3 weeks with my wife and 2 small kids. The location was great and near all the amenities (beach, marina, restaurants and stores). The condo was well stocked, cold AC and comfortable beds. The complex has 3 different pools to choose from which was great for the kids. The only negative was that the terrace was quite dirty and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time.

Een heerlijk weekje in dit appartement van Sylvia. De accomodatie kwam overeen met de foto’s en was erg schoon, fris en rook lekker door de aangesloten luchtverfrissers. Bij aankomst stond een fles mineraalwater klaar en een chocolaatje. Hier was ik behoorlijk aan toe na een lange reisdag. Fijn dat hier over na is gedacht. Sylvia komt over als een warm en vriendelijk persoon en was proactief. Tijdens mijn verblijf vroeg ze hoe het was en of ik vragen had. Ze heeft me toen geholpen met informatie over de buslijnen. Ik heb een fijne week gehad. Bedankt Sylvia!
