The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Renovated in September 2019, you can enjoy the garden, pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a crazy view. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classified ad sites, the calendar is always up to date. Attention: No WIFI, but 5G is available!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

After renovating our house, we built this cottage using low-impact techniques and materials. 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In a park of more than 3 hectares surrounded by woods, the house has a view to the southeast over the Vercors. Depending on the season, you will hear woodpeckers, cuckoos, owls, midwife toads... On the site, outside the owner's accommodation, there is only one gite. In the absence of neighbors, the park lends itself to naturism for practitioners.
