We are in the outskirts of a small hamlet in the district of Ostallgäu on the border with Upper Bavaria, very easy to reach via the B472. A large wooden terrace equipped with pallet furniture invites you to chill, barbecue and enjoy the sunset. In short, the right place for a little break from stressful everyday life to recharge your batteries.

We offer a spacious architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden in a hillside location. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps. Our house is allergy-friendly. The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!
