Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The furniture was completely new in 2022. A large smart TV and Wi-Fi are available and there is also the possibility to use the washing machine. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Here the church bells ring, the rooster crows, tractors and cars are on the way and sometimes also the "good country air." Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.

My apartment is near Munich (45 km) and is within the so called "Oberland" upper land with its mountains and lakes. The apartment is cosy and light with a comfortable double bed, kitchen and bath room. Perfect for couples, singels, adventurers and also for business people.

Detached wooden house in a very quiet location

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.

Studio/Apartment approx. 45 square metres with separate entrance in the first floor of a modern private house. For our American friends (due a specific feedback): first floor is not ground floor. Situated absolutely calm and quiet in a dead end street.
