Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Space and light, sport and nature! In the wonderful village of Falzes, a stone's throw from Brunico and the famous Plan de Corones ski center, this apartment awaits you with its spacious and comfortable interior spaces. The large garden is equipped with a cabin for ski and bicycle storage. The location is excellent: in just a few minutes you can walk to the town center (with supermarket and pharmacy), the beginners' ski slope and the enchanting Irenberg forest. Small pets are allowed.

Entspannen inmitten der Natur. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen zu Spaziergängen, Radtouren, Nordic-Walking-Touren, Wanderungen..... Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Gemütlichkeit, dem Ausblick und der Lage. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien (mit Kindern).

The cosy holiday apartment "BlasigSuite Blasighof" is located in Racines/Ratschings and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 136 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a washing machine. There are two additional beds that can be positioned as desired by the guests in one of the rooms.

Holiday with a view

This cosy apartment is ideal for up to 5 people, even for longer stays. You can park your car in the underground car park. The south-facing balcony gives you a great view on the Dolomites and the Kronplatz, just 10 km from the apartment. Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min). The price includes the South Tyrol Guest Pass with many different extras and a free ride with the Kronplatz cable car.

Ein Lieblingsplatz ist die Sonnenterrasse mit der Liegewiese. Ideal für Familien oder Freunde.

Our aparment is located in St. Georgen/San Giorgio, 2 km from Bruneck/Brunico. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (accessible via stairs), is very quiet, with a beautiful view. Within 300m you will find a pharmacy, a supermarket, a butcher shop, a bakery, cafes, pizzaservice, tennis courts and an ice skating rink in the winter. There is a car parking in front of the house. Other free parking is available nearby.
