Ideal auch in der Lage zur Hochschule für Gestaltung und DESIGN, diese ist in 13min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zur Hochschule Wirtschaft BUSINESS School, sind es 36min zu Fuß oder 17min mit dem Bus Linie 5. Helios Klinikum: 18min zu Fuß, 15min mit dem Bus, 5min mit dem Auto.
