Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes' walk. The CongressCentrum and the theater are also just around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk away.

We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

There are 2 separate bedrooms each with a large bed, plus a sofa bed and a guest bed in the living room. 1 large bathroom - shower + bathtub, as well as a dining and work area. Please note: no kitchen. Kitchen is currently under construction. Coffee + tea is free. Fridge, microwave, coffee kettle, 2 baby travel beds including bed linen are provided.
