Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Phoenix

This was an amazing home that my family really enjoyed. We came to town for a graduation and the space was perfect for our large family. There was something for everyone to enjoy. The pool was sparkling clean and refreshing during the AZ heat. The hosts were super responsive to my requests. The cowboy theme throughout was very cute.

Described well. Feels like a well treated home. Plenty of kitchen utensils and essentials. Keurig set with water, pods and sugar alternatives set out, and plenty of small touches made this a great experience. Beds soft, master bed softest. Multiple hair dryers. Candles around the home to add to spa like atmosphere. Lighters, tape, flashlights, first aid, all great things kept in this home. A few pool float choices. Plenty of seating/lounging options (brown loungers no longer present). Outdoor TV area is nice and covered during wet nights. Careful sharp plants around pool area (pulled some towel threads that got caught). Host guidebook well laid out. Covered car parking space was helpful. Check out instructions not overwhelming. Wish checkout was a little later naturally to get more time to enjoy, but it's a big property I'm sure it takes a lot of time to get it sparkling the way we found it upon arrival. Oh and pool was clean great temp. No unexpected visitors during our stay was good.

The hosts were very accommodating. I had some sort of glitch when i booked my stay and it only booked for a single guest, so they stocked 4 towels total. When I let them know that there were more guests and I would need more towels, they immediately responded and had towels on the way. The backyard is really the highlight of the property, there’s lots to do and tons of room! We would definitely recommend staying here. Very happy with the property and the hosts!

husband and I visited for our anniversary and it was lovely! Kellie was super helpful and communicative throughout the duration. it was nice sit in the hot tub and look at the stars and she even left a couple bottles of wine for us:) I 100% recommend this place to anyone.

One of the best AirBnbs I’ve ever stayed at! It is actually way bigger in person, and the location is perfect, you are only 10min max within most of the places you would want to go. Kate is an amazing host and is super responsive as well. Next time I come to AZ, I’ll definitely book this place again.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. A wonderful stay in a great location! Vince and his team are wonderful hosts. If you want a home away from home I’d highly recommend staying here. It was so relaxing. It’s close enough to all the essentials, but still in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We were more excited to go back to the bnb most days than being out and about in the city. 10/10 chance you’ll love it

I love this little place. it's so perfect for her yourself or you and your partner. there are plenty of places very close by like the Walmart grocery store, a dollar tree, Starbucks, and even great Mexican food on the corner. hospital conveniently across the street just in case lol. and then Ron is wonderful. always answers promptly, very helpful and was very flexible with me in a time of need. I love it here and will be back. thanks Ron!!!

Kj is a friendly & super responsive hosts she also had great recommendations on the surrounding area. Loved how the complex was gated & only those who know the code could enter. Located within walking distance of Roosevelt Row where’s there’s plenty to do. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a secure/somewhat private stay & also that is walking distance to all the action on Roosevelt.

This private place is awesome, it has everything you need, way better than a hotel!

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

Clean, cozy and awesome location nearby the amphitheater. Would for sure stay here again next concert. Grateful for a restful night!

Just as described—this is a beautiful little place with access to pools, perfect for a relaxing stay. While it’s not very walkable for those looking to explore restaurants or bars nearby, it’s just a quick Uber ride to most spots. One big plus: it’s located very close to the zoo, which was super convenient!

Perfect unit/amenities in a very walkable area- just as described. Really enjoyed that the kitchen had everything needed to cook. Great communication from Aaron with easy checkin/out.

Anthony’s place is absolutely stunning! The location is perfect and the views were beautiful! The attention to detail was amazing, we had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Would definitely stay here again!
