The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The host was incredibly thoughtful, leaving a welcome note and some local treats that made us feel so special. The location was perfect—close enough to all the attractions but still quiet and peaceful. We loved the little touches, like the cozy blankets, fully stocked kitchen, and the guidebook with recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The host is really kind!! Even though we checked in late, they kindly helped us with quick responses, and the room was really pleasant and tidy. The shower facilities were so clean that we didn't need a shower filter, and it was nice to have drinking water in each room. The laundry service was really the best. The location of the accommodation is in the best location for walking, so it makes you comfortable and not tired throughout your trip. It was the best choice for a trip to Hanoi. ^^

We needed a place to stay last minute late at night, and our host was incredibly supportive and responsive the entire time. She stayed active in communication until we were checked in, which made us feel so reassured. She also kindly let us store our bags and was happy to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. The space was very comfortable, we felt totally safe, and everything about the experience was smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend—only good things to say!
