Monthly Rentals in Phuket

Lovley, no frills stay centrally in Phuket but away from the crowds and near a lovley water reservation. It's really quiet at night. Host is lovley and responded to our requests super fast. Nice person who tries his best to make his guests have a great stay. There is construction next doors but they start only around 9am. No smoke or other things as described by previous tenants. Electrical bill is extra but very fair. Just wasn't mentioned, but for the the price I expected that to be the case anyways. It's an amazing offer for the price U get a huge apartment. Perfect location if U like nature. But yes, bike will be needed to get in and out. We loved our stay and hope to visit again. Was the best accommodation for our 10 days in Phuket. ❤️🙏

Sam is a very caring host. I like watching international news on TV in English. At first, the condo had very limited English news channels. Sam went out of his way, and very quickly acquired a new TV program receiver for me to use. He did the installation himself. Sam is definitely a good guy, & a great AirB&B host! 👍

This was my very first Airbnb stay (3 months) so I was quite anxious. Communication with the host was brilliant from the start with immediate responses so I felt calm. The apartment was fresh, clean and spacious, looked exactly like the photos. I personally think the best room in the block (views & no side neighbours). The apartment location was a little far from tourist activities but locals are so friendly. A beautiful park 10 mins walk. Better to hire bike. Reception/cleaning staff very helpful and do a brilliant job. Towels and bed linen of good quality. Maybe slightly more utensils could be provided in the kitchen for longer stays but they supplied enough to manage with. A convenient shop on the ground floor was great. The pool/bb spa was great but the sauna didn’t work the whole time (not host’s fault). Gym staff so friendly and gym had state of the art equipment. Overall, Thailand is beautiful, when I return I will definitely stay in the same place. I recommend 100%.

Stayed for 3 weeks, amazing place, felt right at home, phenomenal WiFi for a digital nomad like me. Everything works perfectly. Good restaurants nearby, good gym next door for pretty cheap.
