I booked this Airbnb because I needed a stay that was close to district 4 for a conference. The owner and their team were extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment was clean, in a great location that you can walk to many places such as the mall, the markets etc. also Pho Thin by Sol that was recommended by the owner was really good. I highly recommend you book their homestay. They will take care of you!

Safe neighbourhood with convenience stores right across and on the sides. Clean and spacious complete with a stove, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, kitchen and dining utensils. Double bed and with a sofa bed. Location is far from the major thoroughfares, which makes it a little inconvenient for someone new to the area. You need to Grab or call for a cab to get out.

The host was friendly and helpful, the instruction of entering the apartment was clear and easy to understand.

Hanna was a very helpful cleaning lady, and the people in the coffee shop were very friendly. Definitely recommend
