Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

Great location on the Cote Vermeille. Super terrace with great sea view. Beautiful house to feel good right away. Good supply options nearby: Lidl and the market in Port Vendres. Fantastic couillure quickly achievable. Bus stops around the corner. The place is highly recommended.

The studio is perfectly in line with the listing: clean, well furnished, with fresh linen. The host was very welcoming and was able to adapt to our arrival times, which was very much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Isabelle and Pascal's home. A complete communion with nature. Isabelle and Pascal showed us some very wonderful places that we would never have found on our own. And all the finishes in the house and fittings are stunning. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay in Tuchan. The accommodation is beautiful: very spacious, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Everything is designed for the comfort of the occupants. The bedding in the rooms is of good quality and allowed us to rest well. Small downside on the sofa bed, whose bedding is unfortunately very uncomfortable. The environment is particularly peaceful, ideal for relaxing. The garden is a real plus, very pleasant and perfectly suited for our dog who also enjoyed the place. Thank you so much for a great experience!

We were there for three days and we liked it very much. The accommodation is in top condition and communication with the host is TOP. We definitely recommend the accommodation! The equipment is above the usual standard.

Secret apartment nestled on the top floor with terrace. Everything is neat and nicely arranged, a multitude of small touches (refreshments offered in the fridge, usbc cable available, even candles...). And Jean Philippe arranged for us on the arrival time, the communication was also very fluid. Excellent restaurant tested 400m away in a square: the Sujet.

This was my second visit to Perpignan and this apartment, because it's brilliant. Being central means everything is within reach, including all the various transport options, which are exceptional value. It was a real treat. Thank you for having me again.

This place was my little slice of heaven. Not only was I able to work and live, Corrine was available to check for advice when needed. The view is incredible and you will be in danger of not wanting to leave the apartment. :) Everything you need is provided for (coffee machine, clean pots and pans, cutlery, glasses etc). There was a even a basket of welcome goods when i arrived to keep me going for a day or so until I found my feet. Canet is a 40 minute bus ride from Perpignan and while it is easy to get to, Corrine is the kind of host who came to pick me up at the train station on my first day (and when I left) .. and gave me a tour of the Canet on my first day. She is incredibly kind. I have never felt so welcome and provided for as much as I have here. You will adore this little apartment. I had a wonderful time getting to know Canet, Perpignan and the area around.

Wonderful apartment, superbly equipped with everything you could need and amazing views of the beach and sea and the mountains. We spent a perfect week exploring this beautiful region of France. Thank you thank you.

Great view of the beach. Easy to walk to Collioure and Port Vendres. A lovely short break.

Accommodation with superb view, ideally located with the creek at the foot of the apartment, Lidl at the entrance of the residence, the port just 10 minutes' walk away. we had a great time.

We had a great time. The apartment is close to the beach and everything you could need. We were 4, 2 adults and 2 children. Perfect for our stay. Victoria was available, adaptable and very friendly.

Cendrine is a caring host: - explanations given to access the accommodation: very clear - clean, functional and quiet accommodation (stay in May) - Close to all shops on foot - Clean residence and respect for residents - The description of the accommodation is identical to what we found The exchanges with Cendrine were warm, and very responsive I recommend this place without a second thought. A wonderful time for my spouse and I. ❤ Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. We would have stayed whole days in bed watching the sea. 😍 It was magical!
