Holiday rentals with beach access in Pia

Antoine is a wonderful host, very responsive (replies to messages within minutes). The studio flat is adorable, clean, central - and had everything that we needed. I feel like Antoine has thought carefully about what his guests need - and provided it. Good value, a comfortable space and the location is excellent. We loved our stay and would definitely come back again.

We had a great stay at Pierre’s apartment in Canet-en-Roussillon. The flat was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and ideally located right opposite the beach. Communication was excellent throughout, and having a dedicated parking space was a real bonus. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable week, including a very handy washing machine. Highly recommended!

Nice accommodation, very cozy, bright and quiet. Refreshing terrace. Private parking space in the shade at the foot of the accommodation. Very quiet neighborhood. Denis was very warm and attentive.

I had a very good stay. The apartment matches the photos and the view of the beach is beautiful. only downside, the elevator was malfunctioning, but no regrets despite the 5 floors to climb. I would come back to spend a stay.

Édouard’s apartment was clean and just as described. It is in a brilliant location, right next to the beach, the balcony was 10/10. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again if visiting in future.

We spent a week at Muriel's place and it was wonderful! Its ocean views are incredible and the environment is super quiet. Muriel's house is super-equipped for whatever you might need (we like to cook and we had everything!!) We found everything perfectly clean! Muriel was super kind for whatever we might need. An excellent stay in this beautiful house!   We were won over by the splendid (and panoramic) sea view as well as the exceptional setting that this house offers, faithful to the photos of the listing. The location of this place in La Franqui is ideal and we were able to do everything on foot (access to the beach and many walks from this location). The house is very pleasant from the outside (wooded and shaded garden in places, several well-appointed and equipped terraces, with comfortable furniture). It also has an impeccable interior, clean, bright, practical, with warm and neat decoration in all rooms and super well equipped especially in the kitchen (good equipment, storage, lots of dishes and household products available...). Like us, you will not miss anything during your stay and you may be sorry, when the time comes, to leave this haven of peace.

One-night stay for professional reasons. Very well located apartment, easy to access. More spacious than in the photos. And the sea view from the bed with the magnificent sunrise was incredible! Aniela was very responsive following a request for information. For my regular travel needs, I place this accommodation in my top 3.

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Away from the main centre of the town, but easily walkable to many eating places. We enjoyed Mas Larrieu, and our meal at Le Salamandre in Sorede was superb.

The apartment was super well appointed and fully met my expectations. Since I was there in the low season, it was very quiet and relaxing. The balcony with sea view is amazing. I got my questions very quickly and Stephane was very courteous with the arrival time, as there were no guests there before me. Thank you

Cendrine is a caring host: - explanations given to access the accommodation: very clear - clean, functional and quiet accommodation (stay in May) - Close to all shops on foot - Clean residence and respect for residents - The description of the accommodation is identical to what we found The exchanges with Cendrine were warm, and very responsive I recommend this place without a second thought.
