Violino azul, your home in the center of Cremona

Spend a few relaxing days in Cremona without sacrificing independence and comfort. Music-inspired details, cozy spaces, well-kept rooms and a subtle blue theme will accompany you during your stay. The central location makes the house the ideal starting point to visit the entire city. Violino azul is not visible from the main street because it is inside a period setting, typical of Cremona. The house is independent and on two levels. The lower floor is accessed from an independent entrance inside a small courtyard. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a fireplace and a smart TV (Netflix subscription included). The kitchen and bathroom are adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is new and equipped with all appliances, a dishwasher and a washing machine, much appreciated if you stay longer. Going up a staircase you reach the upper floor where there is a large double bedroom and a small terrace. In the double bedroom, a crib can be added on request, included in the price. Guests have access to the entire house. I live and work near the house. I'll always be available for whatever you need during your stay. I'll personally hand you the keys.

Residenza San Marco in Foro rises on the homonymous church of 1172 in the center of Verona, a few steps from the main streets and squares of the city. It is a detached house on 2 floors; already from the first step it is possible to appreciate the floor of the sacred building as well as the staircase, the aisle and other architectural elements that reveal sacred forms. The renovation has highlighted the lace, bricks and arches of the original building, allowing you to live a unique experience.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Casa Alice, on a hillside with a view

Casa Alice is cozy and comfortable, above a ventilated and panoramic hill, close to Lake Garda but far from the noise of the nightlife, at the right distance from tourist places and easy to reach. The beaches of Lake Garda are within easy reach, the location is in the middle of the enchanting places on the Brescia and Verona shores. In the landscape, villages, castles and fortresses alternate on the morainic hills, between Lugana vineyards and olive groves producing fine oils.

Cascina Ross

Cascinetta is a short walk from downtown, with free parking outside the property. Ground floor: garden, porch, fully equipped kitchen with large living/living/work area,bathroom. First floor: thinking room, 1 double bedroom and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and double shower + 1 double bedroom, both with ceiling paddles. Flooring in parquet and stone, very nice furnishings with contrasting elements between the vintage and the modern works of the artists owners.

The little house on the hill

My house has recently been renovated . It is located in Valeggio sul Mincio in a quiet and green place. It is a studio for 4 people, independent and with private parking. It includes a bathroom with window, shower, toilet, bidet. There is a kitchen equipped with espresso machine, induction stove, microwave, fridge and small freezer. From the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets on the hills near Lake Garda.

Lauro's house in the Ferretti Farm

The old Ferretti farm has become a cozy country house with two independent apartments. The largest of the two is the Lauro Residence, a large space on two floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an independent entrance. It is ideal for families or groups who choose this space to stay just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by the wild animals of our large equipped garden.
