The house is located on the Ligurian heights in the Municipality of Osiglia. It is in the countryside in a quiet village. It's independent, on two levels. On the ground floor are the kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, climbing a staircase with stone steps, leads to the bedrooms separated by a living room. In the living room there is a half bathroom for the two double bedrooms. Outside there is a large garden where you can eat under a pergola of virgin vines. The garden is all fenced in.

The house on the shore is a spacious and comfortable apartment located on the sea in an elegant building from the 1920s of the last century. Just two steps separate it from the famous beach. It has just been completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it fresh and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort.
