House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house on the lake, my personal dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire places, sauna, our own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

PLEASE CHECK OUT OUR OTHER HUTS, IF THIS ONE IS ALREADY BOOKED FOR YOUR DATE About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

The "1A Chalet" with a large wellness area, bathtub with stunning view, terrace and indoor sauna is located at about 1600 hm, right in the holiday village in the ski area on the Koralpe. You can reach the lift, ski school and ski rental on skis or on foot! Directly from the chalet you can go on fantastic hikes or ski tours! Towels, linen and coffee capsules are included in the price! 2 Kingsize Beds in sleeping rooms and 1 Couch as a bed option in the living room.65" UHD TV is the highlight!

Tree house buchengrün is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fireplace and animal enclosures. Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality architecture: the tree house is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good ambience in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture award and a timber construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.
