The two double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes on the ground floor and stairs to a mezzanine suitable for children with two single sofa-beds. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer, drier, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery. The ground floor bathroom has bath (with shower), sink & WC. Outside is a large family garden, table & chairs.

The famous RHDR miniature steam railway runs just a few strides from your front door and the Dungeness National Nature Reserve stretches out behind you.

Perfectly positioned to explore Tenterden and the surrounding villages, yet only a short drive to Rye, Camber Sands and several other beaches. Hastings and Battle are only 30 minutes away. Ashford International Station is 12 miles away with fast trains to both London and the Continent. Close to 3 well known vineyards.
