After years of living in the city of light, my husband Matteo and I found our dream home in the Parisian 5th arrondissement, within a late-19th-century haussmanian building in perfect state. We are renting a typical Parisian single space studio or "Chambre de bonne", 12m2 just above our apartment but with an indepent entrance. We have an unbeatable location that connects you to all main sights yet still feels local and authentic.

Relax in this studio guest house, 2 steps from the woods, the chateau de Vincennes and only 5 minutes walk from the metro line 1 connecting to the center of Paris in 15 minutes. You will reach your independent accommodation by a wrought iron staircase and you will be able to sleep in a bed under mezzanine, in a new and quality bedding. The accommodation measures 15 square meters, plus the mezzanine bed, is entirely renovated and contains everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay.

Perfect for a weekend in Paris! A cozy studio house located in a quiet courtyard, with access to a terrace on the ground floor and above the studio for sunbathing. Close to all amenities. The Mairie de Saint-Ouen metro stations (lines 13 and 14) are a 10-minute walk away, while Porte de Clignancourt (line 4) is 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bus. The castle farm

The castle farm is located in Breilly, 10 km from the city center of Amiens. In the middle of nature and away from traffic and noise, you will be peaceful! The property is at the end of a driveway of century-old lime trees. The fully renovated independent gîte is located in the main body of the 19th century farmhouse. The farm currently houses a horse boarding facility. The 75 m² cottage with 2 bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people. A crib and high chair on request.

We welcome you to our independent annex studio, a recently renovated and isolated chalet, in the heart of our garden, in the shade of a large oak tree. Located in the town of Disneyland, in Coupvray, in a residential area, 800 m from Esbly train station allowing you to go, among other things: - to Disneyland Paris by bus (Transdev line 2261 and line 2262, SNCF line N141) in 20 minutes - to Paris (Gare de l'Est) by Transilien train line P in 30 minutes.

Charming studio perfectly furnished and refurbished intended only for rental. It is located in the courtyard (for the owners' use) of our main house, however you will not be disturbed! It is very easy to access, check-in is independent through a key box closed by a code. Orly Airport is a 10-minute drive, close to RER C station – Choisy-le-Roi (10 minutes' walk or bus), Créteil Pompadour – RER D station (15 minutes' bus ride)

My comfortable Parisian cocoon is located in the 8th Arrondissement, the most chic district of the capital! Perfect location for sightseeing and shopping in Paris. You will be a few minutes' walk from the CHAMPS-ELYSÉES, the OPERA, MONTMARTRE or the BANKS of the SEINE. Close to Gare St Lazare, with quick and easy access to all of Paris! Many restaurants, supermarkets and 4 metro stations within a 2-minute walk.

Welcome to our haven of peace. Bathed in light thanks to its canopy, you will quickly fall in love with this fully renovated caretaker's house. It is located in our garden. A small private terrace is reserved for you next to the house. Quiet and surrounded by nature, you will be close to the banks of the Oise and halfway between Pontoise and Auvers-sur-Oise.
