Erin’s place was perfect for our family’s stay in Tampa! It had everything we needed. The only negative thing I will say is to be careful when using the bathroom sink, if you turn the faucet on all the way it flies out of the sink all over your clothes. It happened to every single person in the house. Other than that, great location, there’s a park across the street by the baseball fields if you have antsy children. It was an overall relaxing place to stay instead of a hotel!

This place is so cute and cozy! It’s just enough space and it’s so close to downtown. For it being a smaller Airbnb, having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. Nima was also a nice and responsive host. The only downside to our stay was that we couldn’t check-in at the time promised due to some delays from the host, HOWEVER, he allowed us to have a later check out free of charge, which was greatly appreciated!

Spent Memorial Day weekend in Tampa and we really enjoyed our stay here! The cold plunge was quite the experience for me and my bf - we’d never done one before and it had us cracking up laughing at each other. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed meeting little Dobby and grilling on the Traeger. Thanks for a wonderful experience :)

Miaro is a great host. Everything was straight forward and accurate with no tricks or gimmicks. Miaro responded promptly to our questions and was very helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process couldn't have been any easier. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. We slept very well and comfortably while there. The location was close to everything we wanted to see, it seemed like never more than a 15 minute drive or walk. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be looking Miaro's way again if we happen to return to that area in the future. Thank you Miaro for the nice stay.

Great host!!! I had questions prior to and during my stay, and Codie responded each time within 10 minutes. There was also a minor issue on my second nights stay, and Codie had a handyman address the issue first thing the following morning. Will definitely look at staying here again.

The home was absolutely perfect for our stay. We went to Tampa for a Busch Gardens family vacation and the pool was the cherry on top for the kids. The communication was amazing as well. When we are in Tampa again, we will most definitely see if this rental is available again!
