Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the hut, is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery store, supermarkets, sign of frozen...) and 3 minutes from the heart of the city of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Charming house of 90m2 in the center of Augignac. Ideally located 9km from Nontron, 4km from Piegut and 3km from the Grand Étang de St Estèphe. You will feel at home in this house that I tried to make with taste . A resident will be with you during your stay, Buddy a cute little cat that I brought back from one of my trips. You can return your car to the courtyard or leave it on the street that is quiet.
