Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pierce County

The place was cozy & well kept. Love that its close to grocery stores etc. House was equiped with everything we needed. We would definitely book this place again!

The room was clean and had all ameneties. Peaceful and safe neighborhood as well. Host also left a few chocolates which made us feel even more welcomed. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Had a great time. Grand kids had fun inside and outside. House was very well stocked.

Shannon's place was just perfect for us. It was nice for the weather to be perfect as well. The patio was relaxing and enjoyable; we had beautiful sunsets every evening we were there. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful (other than the note below). The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Our hosts have a little one, while we could hear his pitter-patter in the morning, it made us smile, I was amazed and how little of it there was. Our hosts were very considerate of us :) We were there for 5 days, and loved it. Would definitely stay again. *Just a note, while it did not bother us, we learned that the far off Indian reservation launches fireworks every evening for about 30 days of the year, too bad we couldn't see them. The noise of course carries, so we could hear the booming. It would last for sometime. It was a very distant booming, not up close, just enough to make us wonder what it was a were it was coming from, not enough to startle us at all.

Such a great place! Comfortable, clean, inviting, and not cluttered - felt right at home. Ate all of our meals at the house, and never struggled with the kitchen amenities. Grill, Brita water container, coffee supplies - all went to good use! Loved the small touches, like the s’mores supplies, motion-activated step lights to loft area. Plenty of space for the four of us (parents and two college students). There’s a tri-fold sleeping pad available in the laundry area (wash supplies included), which proved useful - and according to our camping-oriented eldest - super comfortable. Broader neighborhood is quiet, and is a mix of rentals and locals. House next door - as of this writing - is still under construction, but nothing was going on there during our stay. Small home on the other side was only occupied one night. So we felt like we had the cul-de-sac to ourselves. Julia is a great host - responsive and not at all hassled by questions or needs.

This was my first time in WA and also my birthday trip! The apartment was so beautiful and it felt like home! I couldn’t have asked for a better Stay! Angela was super fast to respond and was there for any help needed! Whenever I come back I will book here again!

This was our second time staying at Stephanie’s house, and I can confidently say it’s the only place I want to stay at when I am visiting Tacoma. It was absolutely perfect the first time—and somehow even more perfect the second. Exceptionally clean, very quiet, and with a super responsive host. The location is great—close to stores, restaurants, and parks. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. It’s truly a gem!

The home was great. Beautiful little oasis yard. Four of us fit well. It was hot but the apartment stayed cool with fans and air conditioner. No lack of amenities. Would highly recommend it.

We were in town for the Northwest Pinball and Arcade Show. We liked the wall of all the stuff to do / places to see. Lots of great food places less than 10 minute walk from the place. We were mostly only in the unit to sleep / evenings. Main living area has a bed, futon and pull out sofa, so really good use of the space. Host was nice and responsive. Would do again!

These accommodations were clean and comfortable. The bed was nice, there was access to different streaming apps on the tv, the kitchen is small but stocked, and easy to get to restaurants near by. It is a basement so there are noises during the day and evening but it’s quiet at night. I would stay again.

This was a cozy stay in an older charming house in a very nice neighborhood. I had everything I needed and the directions for getting the key were easy to follow and clear. I would for sure stay here again!

Love this place fully furnished and clean felt right at home

CJ was perfect. Cute clean inlaw unit in a modern neighborhood. Had everything we could want, a fuzzy lap blanket for watching tv, hot coco, a toster oven for sandwich. Very nice. I had some problems finding it. when I clicked "directions " on the Airbnb site it sent me to the GPS coordinates. First to the ally behind to house and then the neighbors. Airbnb caused me stress but CJs calm little apartment helped.

We stayed in at this location for a graduation in the area. The condo was in a great location and walkable to some cute local restaurants and bars. We took a lovely walk down to see the water as well. The condo itself was wonderful! it was bright, spacious and clean. They number of appliances and dishes in the kitchen were so helpful with cooking and cutting cost of eating out every meal - we loved the kitchen. We also greatly enjoyed the outdoor space each morning with our coffee. We will visit the area again and would love to say here!

We ended up staying over 4 months after water damage in our home. We felt very lucky to find this place for us and our cats. The place is beautiful, with hardwood floors and brick features. Travis was super responsive when anything came up. Shout-out to Brad for all his help. The condo is also well-apportioned, with cleaning supplies, towels, etc., which we appreciated in our 4+ month stay.

This is a condo or triplex That shares a wall with the next but you would never know at all. It was so clean and quaint beds clean hair free, no hair anywhere the master bed is super comfortable if you like the bed soft and not too firm, also there was more than enough linens. The host Chris and Co host were super proactive anything I needed or questions I had they were on it. Also Thank you for accommodating my check In. While also not being bothersome at all. I definitely recommend and will be back.

What a hidden gem in Tacoma! The home is absolutely beautiful. Being tucked away off the main road made for two incredibly peaceful nights of sleep 💤 The three floor layout made it feel like our two families had their own living spaces, but could come together when we wanted to! So much better than a hotel. It felt safe to walk around the neighborhood, too! The home is FULL of useful amenities - and perfectly stocked of anything you might need from home! I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking! 10/10, A+. I have stayed at another property managed by Michael’s and his family and both experiences have been top notch! We will 100% stay here the next time we come down to the area. Thank yo again Michael and family for being so thoughtful and hosting such stunning properties!

Ron's condo is quiet, comfortable, and really convenient to the heart of Tacoma. The combination of the cozy interior and quiet setting, with the ability to go quickly to sights and good food is exceptional. The interior is spacious and feels "full-sized" compared to some alternatives with the same specs.

What a wonderful stay! This lovely townhouse was the perfect home base for our family of six while visiting loved ones in the area. The home was beautifully decorated, and we especially appreciated the open-concept kitchen—it made cooking and gathering together so enjoyable. The living room furniture was cozy and inviting, and the bedrooms offered restful nights with their comfortable mattresses. We were grateful for the air-conditioning, the well-stocked kitchen, and the thoughtful touch of laundry detergent in the spacious laundry room.
