The house is great, our group had an amazing time staying there! Beautiful place. For future guests - best way to travel to the place (and in Greece in general) is with your car. If you don't have one - rent one asap. :))

Die Unterkunft war super – genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Zu Beginn gab es ein kleines Problem mit dem Warmwasser, aber Mario hat sich sofort darum gekümmert – wirklich toller Service! Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag auf hohem Niveau: Es wäre schön, wenn grundlegende Dinge wie Salz und Pfeffer vorhanden wären. Ansonsten absolut top – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Maria was very welcoming and made feel like home. The house was very clean and had all the amenities listed. We used the barbecue and played volleyball, ping pong and football. I highly recommend the house if you like sports activities and you're a big group of friends or family. We had a great time!

Ιδανικό κατάλυμα για διακοπές με φίλους. Ο ορισμός της ηρεμίας και της ιδιωτικότητας. Μείναμε στο σπιτι τρία ζευγάρια και πέρασαμε αξέχαστα!! Η Ειρήνη απο την πρώτη στιγμή ηταν εκει για εμάς σε οτι χρειαστήκαμε. Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακάθαρο με μεγάλα κρεβάτια και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σε ολα τα επίπεδα. Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μας έλειπε. Είχε φροντίσει για τα πάντα κ με το παραπάνω. Ευχάριστη έκπληξη για όλους μας η απίστευτη θέα στη θάλασσα που σου κόβει την ανάσα. Δε θέλαμε να φύγουμε !! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα! Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά στο μέλλον!!

We had a great time! The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. It has a view for both mountains and the see. Its's a perfect place to spend your vacation!

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the house was spotless with every little detail thoughtfully taken care of. The yard was perfect for our child—safe, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful wild nature. The beach nearby felt like our own private paradise, peaceful and not crowded at all. Next time, I’ll pack lighter because everything we needed was already there. This place has definitely become our top favorite getaway. Highly recommended!

Η κυρία Ήρα μας έκανε να νιώσουμε αμέσως σαν το σπίτι μας. Μας υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο και προθυμία να μας βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν. Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο και ακριβώς όπως το βρήκαμε στην περιγραφή. Η παραμονή μας στους Γεωργιανούς ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας, κυρίως λόγο της καταπληκτικής οικοδέσποινας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε παρέες και οικογένειες που θέλουν να περάσουν μαγευτικά λίγες μέρες μακριά από την πόλη.

What an amazing stay! Nestor is amazing and extremely welcoming and the home is wonderful. I celebrated my birthday there and would love to come back.

Ev son derece konforluydu çocuklar bahçede akşama kadar güvenle oynadılar ev ormanlık bir alanın içinde ve her şey düşünülerek tasarlanmış asla güvensiz hissettirmiyor konakladığımız günler havalar aşırı sıcaktı ve şehir merkeziyle evin bulunduğu konum arası 4 derece fark ediyor o yüzden temiz havada serin bir konaklama oldu.

O locatie foarte frumoasa, o gradina superba, bine intretinuta, plina de verdeata, curata, foarte bine pozitionata, la 3 minute pe jos de mare. Gazde foarte primitoare, amabila. De mentionat: In aceeasi curte stau si gazdele, plus mai este un apartament cu 3 dormitoare cu o curte mica in cadrul ( interiorul) aceleasi locatii. Multumim pentru tot!

Nice house, nice yard. We had everything we needed. In the village you can find a shop with fresh fish. There is one AC on every floor. Windows have mosquitos nets.

A rare find right on the beach! We booked this beautiful house for our wedding preparations and photoshooting and the overall experience was more than unforgettable. Ms. Mary was soo helpful and kind we are endlessly thankful. Definitely coming back for our summer holidays.

We had a wonderful time. It was a beautiful, peaceful and private villa. The garden was big and tidy. The sweaming pool was not crowded at all. There good restaurants and beaches in the resorts nearby but it is recommended to have a car and have the flexibility to go to other places and supermarkets.

Beautiful spacious villa with a lot of character, absolutely perfect for our stay. We loved the lush green garden and private beach just 5 steps from the back yard, with crystal clear water. A lot of garden furniture and beach beds available for our use. The house offered everything we wanted and I would definitely recommend. Harry and his father George were easily reachable and very responsive to any questions one might have, gave recommendations for restaurants nearby etc. All was absolutely lovely.

Wir hatten mit acht Erwachsenen und drei Kindern im Juni eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist ein absoluter Traum – jeden Morgen mit diesem herrlichen Blick aufzuwachen, war ein Highlight für alle. Der Badestrand war nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Besonders freuten wir uns auch über Sonnenschirme, die wir zum Strand mitnehmen konnten. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt, auch der beheizte Pool war rechtzeitig fertig. Wir haben es sehr genossen gemeinsame Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse zu genießen und dabei den Meerblick zu bestaunen. Die Kombination aus traumhafter Lage und topmoderner Ausstattung hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen . Die Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Met ons gezin, aangetrouwde kinderen en kleinkinderen zijn we 6 dagen in de villa te gast geweest. Het is een mooi huis in een rustige omgeving vlakbij de stad Elassona. Het is fijn dat er zoveel kamers met allemaal eigen sanitair zijn. De tuin is heerlijk, veel ruimte en privacy. Het zwembad is fijn! We hebben een dag regen gehad en ook toen was het een prettig huis. Contact met de host is heel erg goed! We waren er net en al snel kwam de vraag of alles in orde was. We hoefden maar te vragen en het werd heel erg snel geregeld. We hebben genoten van een kampvuur, het zwembad, de tuin en het huis. Het waren heerlijke dagen! We hebben veel tips over de omgeving gekregen. Echt een aanrader!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

My existing reservation cancelled on me one day prior to my flight to Greece. I was able to secure Foteinhs’s place right away. She returned my message and confirmed reservation within minutes. She wasn’t available to check me in, in person but it wasn’t her fault and she made it exceptionally easy to get inside and make myself at home. Her place is not particularly easy to find however, she responded immediately and consistently when I contacted her for assistance. Her place was well equipped, immaculately cared for and clean, and very peaceful relaxing. Loved the pool. The beds are not very comfortable, but if you like a very firm bed then you will be ok. I loved everything about my stay.

Stunning villa in a great location. Close to all the best beaches in Halkidiki and close to the airport and Thessaloniki. The architecture of the villa is amazing. The house is spacious and the pool and garden is beautiful. Dimitri's parents were very welcoming when I checked in and answered all my questions and gave me really good suggestions of where to eat. My friends and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely want to visit this villa again in the future.

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

Petros is an outstanding host. He greeted us at the meeting post and showed us the way to the villa, to ensure we didn’t get lost. The villa is spacious, but private with enough space for a family or a small group. The house was equipped with all basic necessities, including kitchen tools and spices sufficient to cook a decent meal. We felt right at home, especially on the outside patio where we had all our meals cooked on the grill and the beautiful patio area were we enjoyed morning coffee. Unfortunately, weather was not always on our side, however i am sure, if Petros could - he would had it fixed too:)

The beautiful house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Free parking spots are available for multiple cars. The house is fully equipped and it is very cozy. Perfect place for a family vacation. The beach is 5 minutes away by walk. Plenty of taverna's and beach bars are accessable on foot (5 min away). The hosts, Eva and her daughter were super friendly. They helped us with everything we needed. Thank you very much for your hospitality and hope to see you next summer!

De accommodatie was makkelijk te vinden. Eenmaal aangekomen werden we ontzettend hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw. Het appartement was heerlijk koel. De gastvrouw had al gekoeld water in de koelkast en koekjes en zoutjes wat ontzettend attent was. Het zwembad konden we meteen zien zodra we de deur van het ons appartement openden. Maar wat vooral fijn was, was de stilte, de zee en de prachtige omgeving. Mijn gezin en ik hebben er 12 heerlijke dagen bij Agia Triada doorgebracht en hebben er mooie herinneringen aan deze zomer. Ook veel dank voor onze gastvrouw die we ten alle tijden konden appen en altijd bereid was te helpen.
