Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pierre-Bénite

Karine was extremely kind, super available and really accommodating (I arrived at noon with my cat, and everything went smoothly). His apartment, very small but so cozy, is tastefully decorated and contains absolutely everything you need to feel at home. You can tell she's thought of every detail. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, ideal for a quiet stay. A real favorite ❤️ Thank you again Karine!

Xavier is a great host, fast and helpful at responding to our questions and he made the slightly circuitous check-in process very smooth by sending photos that made it easy to manage. The apartment is older (has high ceilings and nice period features). Be prepared for "Les Pentes": this area of Lyon is cool, artsy and bohemian. There is a lot of graffiti everywhere but it's street art, not vandalism! (In fact, right next door to the building is an international school of art and design). I'm so glad we stayed in Les Pentes: so much character (compared to over-touristy vieux Lyon), great restaurants etc. The only problem we had was with the elevator. We were traveling with heavy suitcases and not thrilled to discover the elevator only operates from the first floor (not ground) and the afternoon we arrived wasn't working at all. So be prepared.

Great stay! The host was very responsive, accommodating and gave good advice. The apartment was clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. I recommend it without hesitating!

Olivier was so delightful to deal with, very responsive and detailed! The spacious apartment was modern but also had old world charm in the large exposed beam and stone work. There were a few lovely restaurants within a 5-10 min walk and the old part of Lyon just a 20 minute walk away! He was so flexible when we arrived early and allowed us to drop our luggage so we could explore Vieux Lyon until check in. It was a bit warm as the AC hadn’t yet been activated but all the fans helped overcome that! Overall we would highly recommend this lovely property. Thank you Olivier!

We really enjoyed our stay. We knew about the stairs and took our time and did not have any issues. A/C was great since it was very hot during our stay and was so nice to have. Great location and the place was just so clean and very nicely decorated. We appreciated the coffee , snacks, juice and milk that was there for our arrival. I would love to stay again if I visit Lyon. Thank you !

Great apartment, close to everything and thanks to the transport Lyon center like the old Lyon is within easy reach. Rémy is very responsive, friendly and very understanding about check-in or check-out times! I recommend it and will come back in the future!

Although our stay in this house was only related to a business trip and we spent most of our time at work, I must admit that the rented apartment met all our expectations – and even exceeded them. After long working hours, we were happy to return to a quiet, clean and comfortable interior. The house was well heated, the beds were very comfortable, and the fast internet and desks allowed me to easily complete some duties remotely. The quiet neighborhood was conducive to rest and concentration – exactly what we needed after an intense day. I also appreciate the hosts' attention to detail – basic kitchen equipment, fresh towels, a coffee machine, and even some useful information about the area – all this made us feel more at home than in an "accommodation". I definitely recommend this house not only to tourists, but also to business travelers. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return.

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

The accommodation, although next to the farmhouse, offers pleasant privacy. The property is aptly named "my flowery house". As soon as we enter, we notice the flowers and the impeccable maintenance of the place. It is a quiet and relaxing place. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and professional. The apartment is well arranged, clean and functional. We booked this apartment to get closer to the airport which is 8 km away. In short, if you are looking for a place to relax, I invite you to go there, you will not be disappointed.

This was my first Airbnb experience and I absolutely loved it! The hosts were super responsive and proactive when I needed help, which made everything so easy. The place was incredibly peaceful, private, easy to find, very safe and looked exactly like the photos. I’ll 100% book it again when I go back!

We had a lovely stay at Lorene's place, which perfectly matches the descriptions and photos. The small enclosed garden was a real plus for our doggie. The space is quiet and the bedding is comfortable. A special mention for the shower, very nice. We were by car so don't know if public transport is easy from this rental. We would recommend this listing for a stay in Lyon.

Very good stay with Hélène. The apartment was big enough for 2 people and very bright. Everything is clearly stated and simple. Hélène is very responsive to messages. It was perfect!

Delphine was a very good support. Respond quickly and suggest a good restaurant. The apartment, although small, is ideal for 2 people. All amenities are there. Housed in a historic building, the restriction of not having an air conditioner is the only drawback during a heat wave. Everything is within walking distance. A big advantage is the "Hôtel de Ville" metro station, which is less than a minute's walk away. A strategically well-located apartment for visitors. Thanks to Delphine, we'll be back.

This place is amazing, one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. Close to the train station - amazing view, great design.

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.

The accommodation offered by Lauriane and Mickael is really great! Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. The basement parking space is a real plus, it allows you to have peace of mind throughout the stay. The decoration is neat, the residence is quiet, as is the neighborhood, which makes the whole thing very pleasant. Communication with the hosts was excellent, they are really lovely.
