We offer a 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of our villa with a terrace and beautiful views of the countryside, 700 m from village. We are located: Close to Montélimar and its nougat museums The Ardèche gorges with its Pont-d'Arc Crocodile farm and giant tortoises Chauvet Cave....... Numerous hiking trails on site including the GR42 20 minutes from the Tricastin power station. The apartment measures 48 m2 + a covered terrace of 16 m2.

Studio in the center of the village of Saint Martin d 'Ardèche, comfortable and fully equipped, located 100 m walk to the beach. Close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, bakeries, activities, etc.). The studio has independent access, our hosts have the possibility of having an inflatable paddle board for walks along the gratis Ardèche (do not hesitate to ask ) and as well as coffee. Gîte "Les Acanthes" for 4 people maximum with the label 2 Keys certified by Clévacances. It has summer with a large heated pool. A parking spot is available on the fully enclosed property. A Wallbox is available free of charge to charge your electric vehicle. Lapalud is located at the confluence of the Ardèche and the Rhône. Note: the pool has already been at 30°C since May 31, 2025.
