We have just got back from 5 nights at Villa Barca and words can’t explain this place. An absolute slice of heaven in the Italian mountains. Jurgen, Hans and team were exceptional hosts and couldn’t do enough for you. We absolutely loved Hans dinners - we had a pasta one night and a pizza the other and both were delicious. The villa and gardens are utterly gorgeous and the swimming pool and spa area were exceptional. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and we loved all of the little touches - spa music playing throughout the grounds and in our apartment on arrival, the ability to order drinks / lunch to the pool area and the local wine in the kitchen. The room/apartment itself was perfect, the kitchen was well stocked with all equipment you would need and the bathroom was very modern and spotless. Very comfortable bed! This is one of the best places we have ever stayed, we really didn’t want to leave and we will definitely be back. Highly highly recommend!

We had a great time in this apartment, we felt like we were in an entire house, we had 100% access to the pool. It is extremely clean, everything is renovated. Raffaela has an eye for detail, there are beauty products, coffee making facilities and the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, washing machine, the TV is connected. The exterior is beautiful and the garden is very well maintained, there are deckchairs with towels, the pool is warm and beautiful with sea views. There is a small table for lunch or dinner next to the pool. There is outdoor lighting for swimming at night and having a drink. We were also able to park the car at the entrance to the house. Small detail, if you open the kitchen window you can see the sea directly in the distance, beautiful when you have breakfast!

We spent wonderful days in Dolceaqua. In the apartment, we felt incredibly comfortable, the location in the medieval town is also exceptional. The region also has a lot to offer, at least in the preseason we were able to take beautiful trips by car without any complications. In summary, we can say: It could hardly have been better.

Renato's apartment is in a great location to stay in Noli. Just a few meters from the beach and in the center near the main shops, as well as the supermarket. A very useful thing for me, it was also the availability of a parking space. Renato is an available and proactive person throughout the stay from check-in in person

We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights and 3 days and everything was really perfect. The apartment is exactly as described, clean and very cozy. The area is quiet, close to the Coop supermarket. Another aspect that we really appreciated was the availability and kindness of the owner, always present for every need and really attentive to the guests. Knowing that we would arrive by car on Sunday, the day when the parking lot is usually full, he reserved a parking space for us. In particular, we were very pleased to know that, as we had no guests arriving immediately after us, we were offered the opportunity to stay a few hours beyond the checkout time without any problem. A gesture of great courtesy and flexibility that we really appreciated. We absolutely recommend this apartment and hope to be able to return soon. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Maura's place: the house was exactly what we expected, the setting is beautiful and everything is thought out to make our stay as pleasant and peaceful as possible. Maura is considerate, friendly and generous, she is an exceptional host! We'll definitely be back!

Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

We had a lovely experience at this accomodation! The house very clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped, making it easy for us to cook our own meals. Unfortunately there was no wifi but that did not bother us that much. The pool was clean and the bedding was nice. There is lots to do in the area, in terms of visiting towns/villages, but also the mountains and waterfalls, I definitely recommwnd staying here

I spent a weekend with my girlfriend, great accommodation in perfect condition, cozy with a large terrace, close to the sea and very quiet and peaceful. We had a great time, the only thing that could be improved is the check-in to make it a little more flexible. Otherwise, they were wonderful days, Roberto was very welcoming and friendly and we have to thank him for the check-out, which he was very flexible about and gave us a few extra hours. A lovely place just as described if you are looking for tranquility there is 5 minutes from the sea and 5 from the mountain with Monica gave us great tips on how to get around and made us feel at ease we will gladly return

Great spot! My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and we loved the spot. Be careful with any food or rubbish inside during summer as we did have some issues with ants. The host was very responsive and having washing facilities in the building was great. Would stay again.

We recommend the place without hesitation. The apartment is centrally located on the edge of the old town, has a great balcony and the rooms are large and well equipped. Danilo was very friendly and thoughtful, even though we didn't meet him in person: Everything was perfectly prepared and Danilo was always available.

Excellent location! Really a delightful place with excellent services! Very clean apartment, with sea view and terrace with barbecue. It's a true paradise for children, they've really thought of everything to make them happy. Our four-legged friend Lemmy also enjoyed the garden. We stayed at Domenico's house and felt right at home. Domenico was very kind and always very helpful and ready to respond to all our requests. We stayed in Noli for three weeks, in Gianni's apartment. It's been a wonderful time. The apartment was very clean, newly renovated, perfect and very close to the beach. Gianni and his family are super nice people and very helpful. For every little thing, they help immediately. We got lots of wonderful tips from them. Noli is beautiful. We will definitely be back.
