Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Borgo Sfogliata - casa del Nonno - Mornico Losana

Si tratta di un' antica costruzione risalente alla fine del 1.800, completamente ristrutturata in ogni sua parte, rispettando la struttura dell'epoca, appena ultimata. La camera da letto, con travi a vista e' molto suggestiva, ha un balcone che permette una vista spettacolare sulla pianura da un lato e le colline dall'altra. Nel soggiorno e' rimasto il camino a legna dell'epoca e nella attigua legnaia si trovano i legni da ardere.

To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

We are situated in a very quiet area ,5 min. far from Ottobiano Motocross Traks and 15min. far from Dorno Motocross Traks. Ours is a spacious, two-storey apartment with the entrance on the ground floor and located in a private courtyard, WI-Fi provided. There's a large Parking lot in front of the entrance. In addition to the motocross tracks , from our place you can easily reach the cities of Milan, Pavia and Alessandria.
