Dedicated parking space in a warm garage with elevator access. Peaceful house and good playground in the courtyard of the house. Right next door are the Museum of Visual Art Malva and restaurants Malskin Bistro, Kahiwa and Ant Brew. Walking distance to the market, theater, Sibelius House, Trio and Syke shopping centers, the harbor, the fair and the sports stadium.

The accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and those who enjoy outdoor activities.
