The house comes with everything you need to enjoy a few days of tranquility surrounded by Nature. The park is exceptional, we don't get tired of admiring it and enjoying it in each of its corners (which are a lot). In case all this was not enough, the access is quick and easy (very few minutes from the basilica and the center of luxury). we will be back in the summer so we can enjoy the beautiful pool!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The property is spacious, with a large garden and a great pool—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and feel at home, making it ideal for a peaceful getaway. At the same time, it's conveniently located just a short drive from the town, where you can easily find groceries and other essentials. Cristina, the host, was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly, which made everything even easier. Highly recommend

Ivan's place is amazing. The location is great, and the neighborhood is safe and walkable. Lots of restaurants are within walking distance. Ivan was always responsive and pleasant. I look forward to staying again in the future.

although we did not touch the best time we had a great time, we enjoyed the house that is beautiful, it has many special details, and on the last day we enjoyed it at full, Nicolas was very flexible with the schedules. the place has green ho and a lot of tranquility. would come back for sure!

I went for a long weekend, everything was spotless. Rosita lives in the house next door and always helped us in everything we need. Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

We went to relax with my partner, a romantic weekend... the apartment is beautiful, just like the photos, well equipped, quiet, lots of privacy... the terrace is a great plus, too bad there were only a few sunny days, but we'll be back when the weather is more favorable to take advantage of it :)

We like the location, it's far from the subway line, but it's quiet, you need to walk, Marcelo is very polite, he answered all my questions, helpful, but it's a very good neighborhood 🙏🥰

We were couple, the communication with bruno and Marcela was from the first excellent moment, always available. The place is super comfortable, quiet and every detail is well taken care of. The house is just like the photos and is well equipped for whatever you need. We found the place clean. It is located in a very remote place, this is good if you want peace, however, to take into account, I recommend coordinating with a boat that knows the area well. Good communication with the hosts and they were also flexible, it was a good experience.

Highly recommended experience. Easily accessible and close to town, you find a place to disconnect and enjoy the outdoors. The accommodation wagon is very comfortable and everything has a very nice and practical design. The shared kitchen and pool area is spacious and well equipped to share with others. I will definitely choose it again for a next getaway.

The house is beautiful, as shown in the pictures. It is located in the middle of nature, next to the river, which gives it a very cozy frame. The very full kitchen, the living room and the dining room with an intimate atmosphere. All environments with huge windows to be able to appreciate the landscape. Luciana is a hostess awaiting every inquiry, immediately answering any questions. We would definitely go back.
